Yeah I don't think the Ottawa Oline pushes Johnson around like they did to CGY. Davis will need to win it....maybe he can, but I'm not sure I'd bet on it.

Dickenson was so impressed with the Oline play he called out Shepley to the Media! Haven't see someone do something like in a long time. Hopefully more to come, I'm sure that's a great way to build up a locker room lololololololol

I hear ya. I didn't think there would be a huge drop in play from the Oline or the Safety this year. I just don't want to start talking about first place finishes etc until later this year. Still too many games to be played.

They will get better no doubt in my mind. However, Gray can blow out a knee tomorrow during practice...or next game. Bryant can tear a bicep week 4. Nichols can take a helmet to the head week 6 etc etc etc etc. It's not that I think they will get worse. It's that injuries are more of a deciding factor then anything else really. I've watched enough CFL football to know even a team who starts 5-1 can miss the playoffs. I'm excited by what I saw on Saturday...but it's still very very very early in the CFL.

I actually agree with you here. Week 1 is very much preseason week 3 that counts in the standings. Take a look at last year for instance. Edm looked like world beaters for a good portion of the 1st half of the year....There's just so much time between now and October, lots can change. Great to be excited about a week 1 win, especially on the road. But it's determined exactly nothing.

I noticed him in preseason, and assumed it was Lucky due to the hair. Had no idea it was our 8th rounder. He keeps up that kind of performance and he will be a CFL record holder.

Exactly, the bombers won cause they are the better team. And I can guarantee the same people pumping Reilly's performance would be shitting on Nichols if he had the exact same numbers in a loss. Nichols is never good enough.

To be fair they were screwed before that hit. They might have a chance now that they have our 4th string qb though.

People are questioning why he's back. People where questioning why he came back last year after getting hurt. That doesn't excuse a clearly dirty hit. That could have been harker taking it and same results could have happened. Why Collaros was out there makes no difference to the outcome and should never play a role in the punishment. Anyone who argues that is either delusional or just being a homer.

Yup, smart move resting people. These games matter in the standings but it's still very much a pre season game...last night is a prime example. Lots of football too go, I want this team health in late August and september etc. Injuries in June suck, but injuries in the second half of the season are way worse.

15 years and you still can't comprehend that you can be a fantastic athlete, but not a good fit for the NFL rules? Also, saying that something you've stated is impossible to measure and just an opinion is not getting defensive. It's providing a counter argument.
