Sorry, my point was that for all intents and purposes we have a 3 party system in Canada. Two of them joining would make it a 2 party system. Sure those other parties would still technically exist. But like I said, they pose no real threat to actually hold federal power. So bringing us back to the original point...the LIBS/NDP joining forces would create a 2 party system and with that being said, I think it's a bad idea.

I'm honestly not shocked about Schoen. Don't get me wrong, I think he's a fantastic receiver that could put up significant numbers in the CFL. But, he doesn't have a quick 1st step, and just isn't a prototypical NFL WR. He benefits from the waggle for sure. Add in his age and the typical NFL politics and it all equals him ******* the rest of the CFL for a few more years!!

Shiltz doesn't do that. Brown has shown he can come in, under pressure and do whats needed to win against arguably the best defense in the league (CGY). He's also shown he can start and run the offense fairly well with only a week of practice. I see no reason why he would take a step back next year.

Who mentioned a miraculous upside in brown? I was simply stating at this point in their careers. Brown is not only better, but had more upside than shiltz

Rumor was that when the trade was going to happen. Walters had an extension ready to go for him...so I'm hopeful both parties are still able to agree to a contract.

I'm not sure what game you were watching. Shiltz couldn't hit a deep ball to save his life. He's a solid backup qb, but not in anyway a guy that's going to develop into a franchise guy. He's an improvement on Fajardo....thats about all

Both times Prukop came out on 2 and like 5 or 6, they were terrible play calls. Totally killed momentum.

Yeah Rose will likely be back. Taylor on the other hand, is likely done. Maston too. On O, do the Bombers bring Agudosi back? He would be a real nice replacement for Ellingson. What about Oleary Orange? He'll be hard pressed to get into the starting line up.

I'm interested to see what they do with Jeffcoat. He's a solid player WHEN he plays. But I think the verdict is in on him being injury prone.

I've been saying that for the next...decade....maybe that's a bit too long I don't know. The Game should be held in TO and or BC. The CFL really needs to re-establish this as a MUST attend event for the entire country. And like I've said before, spending at minimum $1000 to go to regina (or WPG/HAM) is a HARD ask...especially in late November....especially for those casual fans.

I honestly hope the CFL starts to understand that BIG EVENTS, need the proper infrastructure to be successful. I'm 100% serious the only reason I didn't go to that game was because of the location. I can't spend all that money, and still be in Regina. I'm honestly not trying to be personally attacking the city. But I just couldn't fathom spending at minimum $1000 all said and done, and that's my destination. Never mind the headache of previous GC's held there - lack of hotel space/lack of restaurants etc etc etc. If it was in Van city, I'm there. Litterally anywhere else and I would have gone. I was hoping there would be a decent amount of empty seats and that the CFL would take notice. The 1st part has happened...will the CFL change how they present that game? Who knows. Also, it's not IGF West because the Bombers beat the snot out of the Argos there...you knew that right?
