Cornelius gets the TD... however it seems like all game long the guy has zero awareness of when the d-line is breathing down his neck.

Edmonton can't seem to create any plays on offense, defence, or special teams.

Watching this Elks game.... The Riders have been very lucky on not getting penalized several times for blatant holds. Several during returns and when on offense as well... some very blatant holds.

That was the first time I've ever seen anyone say Edmonton having money. My remote co workers who work in Edmonton make it seem like it's a dying ****-hole with a crap downtown... so basically a crappier Winnipeg.

It will be even sweeter if the back ups maintain the beat down... completely embarrass them.

I can't speak for Willie at all, but some of the people I know who have moved up from the States (all different backgrounds) have said that the fact that they can walk around feeling safe and that the city is far more inclusive is more then enough of a reason to raise a family here. I would tend to agree with that. We've seen other players stay in Winnipeg for similar reasons.

He talked about this after the Grey Cup also saying that he really loved the city and the people. This is partially why he stayed in Winnpeg and why I don't see him leaving the team if another team offers 10 - 20 grand more.

Who was dumbfounded? It was pretty much agreed upon that if Zach was healthy that he was a massive upgrade over Nichols. Nobody ever questioned the guys talent, it was all about if the guy was able to take a hit and keep playing or not.

Well it is possible that these guys both on Calgary and whoever on the Bombers have been vaccinated since the original report.

I don't see any issues of them getting Collaros back at all, why in the hell would he leave? I'd be more concerned about Ottawa trying to scoop McGuire.

I would be very happy, Arbuckle is the only QB that beat the Bombers this season and has shown lots of good. Now time to clear the GM and coaches....

I think the Elks are far closer to being a competitive team then Ottawa. I'd blow it up by changing the coaching staff and fire the GM. I'd try to extend Arbuckle and bring in a coach with at least some integrity (I.E. Not Jones)

Not at all. The only player on either team that really stood out is Stanback.

Riders are not scaring anyone with 150 yards passing and Powell with only 25 yards./

Do we want the Riders to win? Because aside from that last drive after the big interception they had basically 30 yards of offense only.
