Barker was awful on TSN, shallow insight and out of touch opinions. LaPo is a million times better then him on TSN. Did they ever acknowledge or mention Matt at all since he left?

He has good escapability. The mobility can be a weapon if they avoid using him as a battering ram like Strev.

It's a tough call because Willie is the only guy on the line who seems to ever generate any sort of pressure or make any kind of plays ever for us. Is this an indication that he still is elite... or is he only noticeable because everyone else is so god awful.

When I used to work downtown I would get Cookies By George, those were always a hit. Those were "gourmet" cookies and considered expensive at $3.00 per cookie. Oh Doughnuts the same at around $4 per doughnut. This is double the price and it's only a cookie. Those cookies better be the size of a small pizza at those prices....

Burrito Splendido moved out a few months ago, I believe they are moving to a larger location in the area. No idea on the address as of yet. Going on the Crumbl site... $6 -$8 per cookie!! I wish them luck but I can't imagine that place staying open for long. Several other bakeries/cupcake places have opened and closed recently in the area.

I read on here about what the CFL / Bombers can do to grow the game locally. So we have a hometown superstar who plays his ass off and is the best player at this position and is Canadian in his prime. Our response... lets save a few little dollars and go American. It baffles me on why people would want BO out the door. Pay the man he's worth every dollar ten times over. It's like $100 000 is apparently a massive amount of money to save on. We have $600 000 wasted on the QB position that is not nearly worth that coin. How about we cut that guy or spend $100 000 less on an olineman that is American. Brady is one of a very few guys on this team that we must keep.

I would not say "no chance" , he's still highly regarded in the league. The lack of sacks also falls within how our D plays and him also having zero assistance from anyone else. The disruption and containment that he still causes will get him easily over $170 000 from some team. May not be our team but someone will pay him big for a season.

Wait until the other teams sign FA guys who could replace them... then this place will get really nasty

Soooo if someone has only murdered one person and another person has been arrested twice for shoplifting... does that mean the shoplifter is a more damaged individual? Also for guys like Mitchell.... one incident that we are aware of and who knows how many times he's done stupid **** without being caught. Usually trouble follows people who cause it. This isn't a red light camera or an oopsie of not stopping at a stop sign and getting caught. The guy is a bum / was a bum and sucked as a player so moving forward the club shouldn't be employing questionable character guys unless they are at such a level that you can tolerate the prima donna behaviour because they can be elite on the field (see: Kenny Lawler).

The Blue can dress Jake Thomas up like Homer and do skits where everyone on this board is Grimes being baffled at how JT still has his job.

If Mitchell was playing for the Riders the tune would be different. The same thing happened after Lawler was suspended for his DUI and a few people on here gave him the pass. Lots of double standards.

I don't think he was, the issues I was referring to were him falling out of favour with his coaches. Locker room distractions , questionable effort, mentally checked out etc....
