Gray, iirc, said he never had that NFL dream because he never thought it was a possibility until a couple years ago so he might not be one of those types of guys. I could see him coming up here sooner rather than later but would not fault him for exhausting all his NFL opportunities before doing so.

An article I read this morning also projects him missing the cut but it also suggests the Browns are trying to hide him (and a couple others) from other teams so that they'll be able to stick around on the PR. That theory makes some sense since he's had very little playing time even though their 1st stringer went down with injury for a while and there was only one other RG ahead of him on the depth chart.

Not projected to make the active roster. He might make the PR though.

@Jpan85 I think I should be at 4 strikes? I picked Andrew Harris in week 9 and he scored against Hamilton but I was still given a strike? Didn't notice the strike last week so I just went ahead and again picked Harris who then scored against Ottawa. Can you double check that?

The Bucks are free agents towards the end of this year (November I believe) too so it'll be an interesting couple months to see if anybody moves over to the WWE.

The entire st vital area is named after him so it's much more than just those couple things. I do agree though that he was an advocate for the metis (or at least tried to be). I had read that his original intent for the residential schools was actually to preserve native culture as he thought it would eventually be assimilated into European culture. Obviously it didn't turn out that way and even if that was the idea behind it, it's like the old saying goes... the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

That only happens in extreme cases. You get fined up to certain point and then draft picks can be taken away. They also don't count the cap until the end of the year so even if they were over now, they might not be later (which is why you see contracts getting re-done mid season).

I wouldn't say it's an entirely clean slate in Toronto. Popp was the GM who cut him in Montreal for his sh**ty behaviour. He's desperate to turn around the Argos season though so he might take the risk.

This would be my guess too. Drop bowman and sign Carter. He happens to be in Montreal at the moment too so Kavis can easily bring him in for a talk.

Yeah his head & heart don't seem to be in it anymore. Read an article about him today where he said, after the trade, he found himself wandering around Montreal for about 4 hours trying to wrap his head around his new reality. He's trying to find positives but I'd imagine that's hard to do with such a dumpster fire of team.

Agreed, I would love to see him sign here just for that reason alone. I wouldn't actually want him anywhere near the locker room though.

There's rumors that Pizza Hut will be in the new Park City Common development at Kildare and Plessis. Only restaurants actually confirmed so far are A&W and KFC though.
