  1. Helps playing the same team a million times in a row, especially when that team is hot garbage.
  2. Lots of rappers have been using the term wipe his nose for a few years now, Young Thug has been doing it since at least 2019. It essentially means they beat/robbed someone, rather than cleaning someone out, they are cleaning up. It can translate to football if you beat your man and make a play.
  3. Even our pre-season roster was banged up (BA, Maston).
  4. Another home win for the good guys!
  5. That's assuming he had one prior.
  6. Exhibit A: clear head shot from Eden that rightfully gets flagged. Suitor: "terrible terrible call".
  7. I hope the in-stadium announcer is acknowledging IGF West as the second loudest fans and how many time count penalties they have caused. 🤣
  8. Original thread title was better, IMO.
  9. He did. Botched one return pretty badly against Edmonton.
  10. Go to the 30 min mark on Aug 25th 10pm - https://globalnews.ca/pages/audio-vault-cjob/ Here's what was said when DT asked Osh about the RTP call:
  11. They never said out for the year, just a significant amount of time and they were hoping to have him back towards the end of the season. https://www.cfl.ca/2022/04/20/dl-steven-richardson-to-miss-significant-time-in-2022/
  12. Happens in government too... I know more than a few people who have retired, only to be rehired as a "consultant" for more money & less hours.
  13. Unless he had a third career going, I'm not sure how accurate that is. He had a long career with the WPS that he retired from a couple years ago, just in time for Covid to hit. https://www.cfl.ca/2020/04/12/oleary-cfl-ref-al-bradbury-wife-martha-share-covid-19-experience/
  14. I'd be more impressed if he could find a few Rider fans with full sets of teeth.
  15. Not quite what he said. He thanked the fans for the prayers & well wishes and says he was grateful for the chance to play in front of them. Saying it's going to be a journey back does not sound like he's given up on the game, just that it's a long road (one he is already familiar with).
  16. Too deep for them... I don't think anyone (especially in their fanbase) is that clever. They should enjoy it now though because they won't get another one for a while.
  17. The Riders aren't too far off either... everyone in the CFL knows what "The W" is.
  18. Better clip, with the pick.
  19. Alford: 6 tackles, 2 assists and one interception.
