Interesting is a basketball player with the Brandon Bobcats. Have seen basketball players in the NFL be turned in to tightends. I guess would also be considered a national. http://gobobcats.ca/roster.aspx?rp_id=66

Easy to say bring him in after but if he is guy you value you want to have him in right away and develop him with in your own system.

I wonder how much the fact that it will be pretty easy to keep Demski in Winnipeg past his first contract plays into their decision.

There was a Nova episode about this on PBS was very interesting.

or at least, if you're posting some kind of nasty rumour, get rid of the moniker and use your real name. Let's see somebody post one of these rumours using his or her real name. I am using my name lol! Its funny that we can trash the Rider players and accuse them of stealing, beating gfs and whatever else they do but when it comes to one of the Jets we can't do the same. The Korey Sheets and Taj Smith things were both reported in newspapers not internet gossip sites.

I have had the free preview on Bell for the past month. Its really good only draw back is they repeat the same programing several times over the course of couple days. With Shaw though you will be able to access on-demand content eventually which although not as big as what is online still a big library.

Co commissioners Joe Mack and Bart Andrus

Not really nessary look what a 165 LB Johnny Gaudreau is doing in a Calgary.

Wonder if they would trade one or both seconds to move up for another in the top 5.

Actually with games I've been able to watch on TV this year, I find the Jets a very entertaining team to watch with the intensity they bring to the game. Lots of back and forth action. A couple of weeks ago I was watching a Jet game with my brother-in-law and he remarked he felt he was watching a basketball game with so much back and forth. Their neutral zone work can't rely on hooking/holding/picking like years previous so it takes more skill to shut down the opposition. Whether the Jets make the playoffs this year or not, most games we've been in most games which makes it that more entertaining to watch although doesn't help much with anxiety. not talking about the team before all the recently. To win now short staffed they are going to have to play a tight defensive game.

I don't think you can judge any goalie in Edmonton having to play behind that team.

Could let the Jets let Ehlers go to Europe and play one year. That would be a lot better for his development than another year at junior.

Should have a special player status for some of these players. What is Ehlers going to get out of another year in Halifax.

Hope nobody is looking for exciting hockey down the stretch. With all the injuries they are going to play a tight game take away the opponents time and space and hope for a couple mistakes by them. Work perfect last night.

To get this back on track if you can steal some Rider gear the Bomber store has an offer for you. IF you have Rider gear, we'll make you a St Patty's day trade: 30% off anything in stores in exchange for your green! pic.twitter.com/fDN2wwz2py — Bomber Store (@BomberStore) March 14, 2015

If you said 10 years ago in the space of four years a NHL team would return and a AHL team would leave then also return to Winnipeg. Both playing in the same building you would of been put in an asylum.

I could see if they are just here for one or two years they will be just called the AHL Jets and let the people in TBay call them what they want if that's where they are going. Would save cost on having to design and develop for what would be a temporary move.

Albertans remind me of Rider fans so quick to tell you how great they are compared to the rest of country.

Good for Stamps fans there place is just above Mosiac in terms of being a dump. So every team except the Argos will have a new facility or a heavily renovated building.

France gets 3 more days

Looked it up 20 days paid vacation plus 8 national holidays.

Australia May have even greater vacation time requirements than France. Post secondary education also is basically free.
