Yes they did say that and you could also see that Saw was more "ruthless" than the typical Good guys when the pilot was initially captured. I thought Whitaker's lines were really forced and not convincing. In particular when he rescued the girl in the beginning and said "Come my child" and when he thought she was coming to kill him. I get that he was supposed to be kinda crazy at that point but I just didn't really "get" the character as a whole. And I like Forest Whitaker, I have no problem with him in other movies. Just thought I would mention it because it really stood out to me in a bad way. I haven't read many reviews so not sure if others share my opinion. Overall loved the movie.

He's an expensive 3rd pairing D but we also have two guys on rookie salaries on the top forward line and we're not close to the cap so I wouldn't worry about that. Might be more worried about Stafford on the 4th line if we're talking salary structure.

Omega as a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble? Worked for AJ Styles. Omega is definitely a bit of a nerd, no question there. Along the lines of a Xavier Woods (who has used a couple of Omega's more unique moves in the last year). But that kind of personality works with the current fanbase in WWE. He would be huge. WWE is hurting for main event level stars. There are 4 main event guys on RAW and 3 on Smackdown. Can't have the same guys fighting each other every week (which is what they've been doing since the split).

It has become obvious what Hellebuyck is. An excellent positional goalie with limited athletic talent. He gets roasted up high and in the NHL they shoot to score. The scouting report is out on Hellebuyck and everyone knows it now. I'll gladly accept your apology halfway into the season when you realize I was right.

Time to bring back Pavelec, I long for the days when we had a goalie with a save percentage above .900. I was dead wrong about Hellebuyck, he will never be an NHL starting goalie. He is young though so that might give us a boost in the standings. That's how it works right?

And how about the trial for Clinton accepting cash from foreign countries like Saudi Arabia to her campaign? Oh wait she doesn't have to face any sort of trial for that. Her answer in the debate? "Well yeah lots of dirty money has flowed into the Clinton foundation but look at all the good it's done." Sorry but it doesn't work like that. Can't use a portion of illegally obtained money for good causes and then say everything is okay.

Every criticism I've heard leveled against him is in regards to either his looks or his perceived personality. He's not a criminal like Clinton. He takes advantage of the country's tax laws, but honestly who pays more taxes than the law tells them they have to? Maybe you like Clinton because she is a career politician that always knows what to say in public. But to me that doesn't make someone a good leader. It makes them a smooth talker, and that is not what a president needs to be. A president needs to be a good decision maker and I'll trust the guy with a billion dollar business empire over the person who can schmooze the best.

Best prospects in the league according to fans and media doesn't actually mean best prospects in the league. And until they prove it in the pros, they're just prospects. But I guess having a great prospect pool is better than winning. I forgot about that part.

Bottom line, Maurice was a good enough coach to get a team full of good players into the playoffs. He's not good enough to take a team full of bad players into the playoffs. Is that on Maurice? I put it more on Chevy. If we miss the playoffs this year I'd fire both.
