FF6 remains my favourite but at this point you have to accept those days are gone. I picked up FF13 and hated it with a passion. I didn't even really like 12. The last one I enjoyed was FFX, which I really, really liked. It's a different style of game now but if you accept that you're not going to be playing a game like FF6 or even like FF7 then it is an enjoyable play-through. It's more like a Skyrim/Fallout with a better story.

I beat Final Fantasy XV last night. Best one since FFX, IMO. Not sure if anyone else is into nerd-ing out that hard, but I really enjoyed it.

Keefe is the only one who could potentially be an upgrade on Maurice, but personally I think he's overrated simply because he's in Toronto... the Marlies coach is always touted by the media as the 'next big thing'. The rest make me barf in my mouth. I'd be more likely to look at a guy like Kevin Dineen (assistant in Chicago) or Gerard Gallant (unemployed, centre of controversy in Florida earlier this season).

I get the general idea but isn't there ~20 years between Episode 6 and Episode 7? Maybe Snoke gained the bulk of his power in that time, and he was too weak to have any real effect around the time of the original trilogy.

Just like you don't want people to say "well, there's a law and he broke it", I don't want people to say "he got a ticket? Well, that's just a cash grab." It's situational. And in this situation, the ticket was warranted, whether you agree or not. The amount of snow shown in the photo is beyond acceptable levels.

I think you're confused. I in no way believe Pizzagate is a legitimate theory. But it is just that. A theory (as you mentioned twice in this post, so I'm confused why you ever asked "what theories?"). By legitimate source, I mean it was based on real emails (which has never been denied). So, to recap, Pizzagate was a theory based on a real source... like I originally said. IMO conspiracy theories =/= fake news. Two different beasts.

Personally I don't think this would be the right time to fire Maurice. I think you have to give him one more year with this team. The reason I would err on the side of caution is that we will only be able to get coaches who are out-of-work, like Maurice was, or with virtually no head coach experience, like Noel. Now, that doesn't mean those kind of guys can't find success. But we're not going to be attracting a Babcock, Julien, or Quenneville. I'd rather stick with Maurice one more year as the young guys gain some more experience and see if that works. Rather than rolling the dice on an unknown who could just as easily be a Dallas Eakins as he could be a Mike Sullivan.

Great list! Seems early for Christian but I guess it's okay, he had a pretty long and decorated career. The rest are all favourites from my childhood; especially Rick Rude and the Natural Disasters. I'd say DDP was a favourite from my childhood but truthfully he is still one of my favourites today. I expect to see him in the Rumble again.
