  1. Still a bad throw. Case corkscrewed himself into the ground trying to get to it.
  2. Streveler short-arming almost every pass.
  3. Punter is scared of Case. Right decision
  4. Good play by the db. That’s a catch if Streveler puts any zip on that ball.
  5. He had room to step up and buy time. He felt pressure and ran.
  6. Panic scrambling. He could have stepped up into the pocket.
  7. This is very true in my case. Pre-2019 I had trouble sleeping before big games. Now I only really think about them on game day.
  8. Need to add a daily post limit per person.
  9. I have no problem bringing in a better player. Who’s out there? Can he snap? He had enough bad ones in preseason that I don’t blame the coaches for not trusting him.
  10. What has Eli done to show he’s better than Kolo? He had some bad snaps in preseason that probably sealed his fate as a backup.
  11. I’m not defending that, nor do I like having 30 dbs/lbs and only six receivers in the lineup. That’s roster mgmt, which imo is different than direct player to play comps at the same position.
  12. Quality of competition matters in preseason. Looking good for a quarter or half of a preseason game isn’t the only factor in who plays. None of us saw any camp to know how they looked over a few weeks of reps. They might be better, but the definitive takes we’re getting on this site are a little much. @DTonOB, do you have any pressures stats for last year and/or this year?
  13. I actually yelled “wtf are you doing” at the tv on that play. Peterson was completely lost. Tough play call for Randolph to make his block. The de can just sprint past him and turn when the qb sprints out like that. I don’t think that play’s designed for Steve to hold onto the ball like he did either.
  14. Kick coverage and the ol were both respectable. Clercius was good. That might be it for positives. The first pick six I’ll give the Stamps player credit for a good play. The second one was inexcusable from Collaros. That ball needed to be out right away or not at all. He has to know better. No pressure from the des. Willie got chipped by the rb a lot, but still. Adam’s needs to play more and we need another de on the roster. No idea if the pr guys are any good, but it’s time to find out.
  15. Fair enough. Just looked at the stats; 288 passing yards on 48 attempts. That’s ugly.
  16. Schoen had ten as well. They took away the deep ball, which is Wheatfall’s game. I don’t mind the ball distribution.
  17. Holy **** Peterson. Either get open or block somebody.
  18. It’s playing like garbage. Lots of drops, two pick sixes, an errant pass on a gimme td, etc
  19. He waited waaay too long to throw that ball.
  20. Adams is so much better than Thomas and Lawson…
  21. I would’ve gone for 6 there and at the end of the half.
  22. Agreed. Corner shot to Schoen was only play where some time got wasted.
  23. Congrats on a good run. 3.5 games before him being smug came up.
  24. Any qb has to make that throw.
