When they told me the options were a travel voucher or a Slapchop, I was pretty certain something was wrong. I asked them to call back later and googled them. That's how I found this story about them. *if you don't want to follow the link, it's a ploy to get a salesman in your house for a vacuum sales pitch. To get your prize you have to give them $50 and your credit card info.

We've gotten a few calls from "Microsoft" telling us there's a problem with our computer. They want us to turn on our computer and they'll walk us through how to "fix" it.

It might be time for some to realize this is a free world and if one does not go to a game because or whatever that's his/her choice and I fail to see the right you might have to call them on it. Wouldn't it being a free world give him the right?

Give Etch their DL to work with and our D would have looked much better. Except Etch doesn't want big guys. He wants small versatile guys, so he wouldn't even want them. Our lines were virtually the same size. Chick is 250, Foley 256, & George is 277 at DT. That's almost identical size to Peach, Vega, & Bryant.

Other than a core of complainers here that I've read the fanbase in general is staying patient.

The most recent stuff I've read says he'll fight at 185. I don't think he stands a chance against anybody currently on the UFC roster, but I've obviously never seen him fight (b/c he hasn't), so I can't say for sure.

Many experts were wrong. He's not good enough to play at the top of our lineup and isn't suited to play a role at the bottom. If he's not scoring he's pretty much useless. IMO he's a guy who could dominate at the AHL level, but will never amount to much in the NHL.

Farhan Laljhi was just on TSN1290. He said he can't see any way Cortez works in BC this year. He also thought it would be a mistake for the Bombers to bring him in. He thinks Cortez is hard to work with and wouldn't fit in well. He said he'd keep MB, unless we're absolutely sure we can upgrade. He also said he thinks the Bombers have contacted Benevedes about being our DC. He said three teams have called him and he's pretty sure the Bombers were one of those teams. He thinks Etch will be out and MB stays.
