the best revenge is winning...**** absolutely everyone in this league that is not part of our organization. Shove it up every one of their asses. The injustices toward us this season are monumental......**** every last one of them.....

Scary stuff with Letestu, but good news is he'll be 100% when it's all said and done.

I was sorta hoping that BLM might be dinged up, too, but this will help.....wouldn't mind if their D took some hits as well. It might be Danny ******* O'Brien's only hope. I have a gut feeling BC is going to sneak one outta there at home, in front of both of their home fans.....somehow, some way......

Byfuglien contemplating NHL future
Noeller replied to captaincanuck12's topic in Winnipeg Jets Discussion
Jets don't seem to be overly impressed with this situation. Sounds like he was thinking about doing it, and told them he was thinking about it, but never told them when he actually decided and then did it. I can understand that. Still, I feel like him freeing up cap space is a good thing. He's a write-off for this year and at best he can look at coming back to camp next fall, if he feels up to it. -
Khari following the 2000 Bombers script, so he's going to beat Edmonton in the Semi and then lose to Ham in the final, in a closer-than-anyone-would-expect scrap....

Byfuglien contemplating NHL future
Noeller replied to captaincanuck12's topic in Winnipeg Jets Discussion
this is sort of random and mildly off topic, but I've always been curious what part of Winnipeg is "enough" for NHL players with NHL money. I know Chipman has property along Roblin West (kinda out by Shelmardines and Breezy Bend) and there's some really nice places out that way, backing on to the river......but south of the perimeter makes a lot of sense, too. -
Byfuglien contemplating NHL future

I fully believe that Buff would help the team by going on suspended leave eather than just collect a paycheque... -
I'd still prefer to support a small business that uses locally grown (as much as possible) ingredients. The Farm to table aspect of the craft beer industry is still a really big part of it to me... ...as I sit here sipping a Township Stolen Canoe and ponder the industry...

fwiw, in his media availability, Willie Jefferson also indicated that he is representing Harris for MOP. This team will rally behind this, you better believe.

always worth your click, our boy Tait....... https://www.bluebombers.com/2019/10/30/andrews-leader-team-player-awards-nominations-met-controversy/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter of note: Can't blame Friesen......it was Jeff Hamilton (along with the aforementioned Wyman and Bauming) that threw Harris under the bus...... Actually, that spark has morphed into more of a raging inferno, as Andrew Harris was completely shut out following voting conducted by the local chapter of The Football Reporters of Canada – Bob Irving of CJOB, Jeff Hamilton of The Free Press, The Sun’s Ted Wyman and Darrin Bauming of TSN 1290 – along with Bombers head coach Mike O’Shea.

Very sad news as former Alouettes HC Charlie Taafe passes away at the age of 69 after battling cancer.... https://www.cflaa.ca/two-time-cfl-coach-of-the-year-charlie-taaffe-dies-at-69/?fbclid=IwAR0Md0OGpGVwyGQMFJQC2WLV7SB4DpCIStkkEl3KELeRWwMFlJNb8_gE7FU

^___________ For those who don't want to click the vid link, Lalji says Braley not impressed with the coaching hires and is expected to make very quick moves as soon as the season is done.
-
Yep...Naylor mentioned that Bauming said their take was "It's not good for the league" and Farhan Lalji immediately said "who are they to decide what is or isn't good for the CFL??" and I think that's a really good point.

For me, it was Doug Brown that sold me during a pre-game show shortly after it happened. He basically said "trust me, if anyone would know about this stuff, I would....he didn't do it" and said that he got a text from someone in the organization saying "there is absolutely no way he did it because trust me, he's got a Dad-Bod...that dude doesn't juice".....all this, plus the fact that he's been as good or better since he came back from suspension leads me to believing him fully. I was worried for a bit early on, but after doing enough research into it and listening to people who would know, I fully support and believe AH33....
-
so Bauming was the swing vote....that is really disappointing to me. Friesen we get and all expect....Wyman.....ffs. Bauming.....that's surprising and makes me a bit sad.
-
Wyman wrote a piece today explaining why he didn't vote for Harris. I feel Irving and Hamilton would have (Hamilton spoke out in defense of him and Irving isn't a moron, so he's going to do what's right...)
-
You can tell me that I care too much about these things, but I am ******* SICKENED by the Winnipeg media, who wouldn't even give him the team nod. FFS! You know the guy...you know he didn't actually INTENTIONALLY ingest a performance enhancer. But you're gonna pull the TBurg and go way too far the other way just to look like you're not homers. Anyone who didn't vote for Harris should be embarrassed....

From Mike Miller:

That's a half truth....

It shouldn't have.....

as if someone thought Matt Nichols wasn't good in Edmonton....**** off. The guy was going to be the starter in Edmonton ahead of Reilly until he was injured in pre-season.

all season they've played glorified CIS teams, and sometimes for only 3 quarters....what a ******* joke that team is.
