  1. I would include Matty D and Glenn. KG5 was a BIG part of our history, and Matty's 713 game should get him a mention...
  2. Whatever screws other teams and not us, I'm fully in favour of...
  3. The most Tburg-y post by a non-TBurg poster ever.....
  4. So after today's big signing, I had to go to YT and do some digging.... Check out some of the names in this highlight reel...
  5. @FarhanLaljiTSN The #AZCardinals have released former #Eskimos receiver Bryant Mitchell. There will be lots of @cfl interest.
  6. Matthews talking about Nichols.....a whole lotta nothin' in this quote, and I'm wondering if that (ironically?) says something...
  7. https://www.bluebombers.com/2019/05/10/bombers-sign-two-2019-draft-picks/?fbclid=IwAR3WM-dv-qvJyEAjVwuZydYskNosfO5QTZ11_x68ZRbGt6yY_Jyc7dgFykY WINNIPEG, MB., May 10, 2019 – The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce the club has signed two of their 2019 CFL Draft selections, defensive back Nick Hallett and defensive lineman Tariq LaChance. Hallett (6-0, 195, University of Toronto, February 12, 1994 in London, ON) was selected 61st overall in last week’s draft. He played in 28 games with the Varsity Blues over six seasons. In three games in 2018, Hallett recorded 13 tackles, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and one touchdown. In 2017, he led the Blues and ranked fourth in the OUA with 60 tackles, adding one sack, two fumble recoveries, one interception and five break ups. LaChance (6-4, 260, University of Manitoba, November 11, 1993 in Winnipeg, MB) was selected in the sixth round, 52ndoverall in last week’s draft. He attended Vincent Massey Collegiate in Winnipeg and played for the Rifles before joining the University of Manitoba Bisons. He appeared in four games, recording four tackles, one sack, a tackle for a loss and two forced fumbles.
  8. Looking at the depth chart, the secondary is a little scary to me, because it's a lot of relative "unknown" back there....but if there's one thing I have confidence in Walters to consistently churn out, it's import DBs, so I'm sure we'll be fine...
  9. Those who can, do.....those who can't, teach..... (and those who can't teach, teach Phys Ed.......)
  10. I thought they moved Adams outta the slot because he was getting hurt in there too often. Moved him out wide, so he saw less big hits...
  11. it's the classic big market media entitlement. "WE DESERVE TO KNOW!!" No, you don't...
  12. I am giddy with excitement today....so help me, those idiots in the board room better not mess up the start of mini-camp on Wednesday!!
  13. Yes but HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT RICKY RAY VS AC??!!!!??? 🤔
  14. Yeah, I totally forgot about Dickenson....Garcia, too......Dickenson is heads and tails above AC/Burris, and right up there with Frito...
  15. AC, as has been mentioned, was the product of an incredible supporting cast, with a perennially-league-best OL, the main part of it. He never had to do stuff all by himself like so many others did. Ray is so far better than AC it's not even funny. It's incredible to me...truly incredible...that anyone could think otherwise.
  16. they were hyping up Solly E and Manny A signings today and I chuckled....hope their medical staff is well paid.
  17. Tee Martin was not out of shape, I don't believe...
  18. He played for approximately 150 years....those stats don't mean anything to me. Especially the yardage...the GCs are more about how much did you do to earn it. Milt didn't win a Grey Cup......Damon Allen won 3. I know they're different positions, but that right there is why GC rings doesn't necessarily equate to greatness for me...
  19. Damon Allen shouldn't be anywhere near a Top 5, and I'd barely listen to an argument for Top 10.....one of the most overrated of all time. He was a rich man's Tracey Ham...
