  1. man why do you return that kickoff out of the endzone? a five-point lead really isn't that much better than a four-point lead.
  2. Nichols has a masters in sports management at Gonzaga and from what I've read he's got his eye on front office / athletic director / player agent roles. -- "I don't know what he was thinking there, he probably wasn't." love it when Dunigan's in the booth.
  3. Stamps worry me most. They've got some solid receivers, they got a running back who is finding his groove and Paredes is his usual self .. if Maier delivers on his promise or BLM somehow rejuvenates himself they could 2001 us.
  4. Week 10: Stamps @ Regina Stamps win was well done, They left Bo Levi Mitchell on the grill too long.
  5. damn you guys are ahead of me. just got to the drama
  6. why does Dave Dickenson always look like he's asking who farted.
  7. man two picks in the second half of a tie game .. BLM playing like an automatic transmission: no clutch
  8. Dustin: "Well that's one way to silence the Mosaic Stadium crowd!" Suitor: <somehow keeps talking>
  9. time to send propublica some more money. they do such good work reporting on ****** up **** that would otherwise be ignored,
  10. when you get beat twice by the redblacks you are the worst team. I've been watching cfl ball for 38 years now and this is the worst Edmonton team in my memory. I've never seen a completely disinterested Elkimo team before. Heads should roll there in the offseason.
  11. head man of the dark tribe. that's like an AEW stable. love it. You want to talk sick trades, the deal for Neuf ranks up there. We got him in late 2013 in exchange for Alex Hall, who played like three games for Regina. That was the first deal in the long march to create today's bombers. It wasn't too long ago that posters here were calling for Paddy to be cut because he was too much of an injury liability. this is a great addition to the 3⭐+HH
  12. man I was rooting for this kid hard but you can't defend his game today. Crapigna is injured and not "injured," right? He's really the only other option at this point unless Leggs has figured it out.
  13. Week 10 Antlers @ Blue Game recalls Pogo: Blue has met the enemy and it is themselves. Blue Bombers only team that can beat Blue Bombers. Intersquad Grey Cup?
  14. does any lber drop back into coverage like Bighill does? Seems like he's always making plays on those intermediate routes, way beyond the box.
  15. Leg's punt has eyes!
  16. damn, need to see Wilder's "I just got tackled for a safety" flex.
  17. maybe a little predictable there, need McGuire to hand that off sometimes.
  18. our OL is protecting like the Secret Service. Going to count the number of times Collaros is even touched tonight, I haven't seen anyone lay a hand on him yet so far. lol Betts waterskiing behind Harris.
  19. nice kickoff by Mourtada, right on the 5 yard line and tucked between the numbers and the sideline. yikes Alford, you are going to eat it in the film room.
  20. ah here it is. https://www.cfl.ca/games/2338/bc-lions-vs-winnipeg-blue-bombers Leggett pick is around 2:03. This was a corker of a game. Nichols and Jennings were both at their career bests, Rory K threw a TD pass, Burnham was over 200 yards, and the good guys won in a nailbiter. I miss these kinds of games.
  21. one of my favorite bomber plays from the Canadian Mafia era is a pick by Randle or Leggett from 2016ish. Every bomber on the field except for the far corner threw at least one block on the return, some guys multiple blocks. It was just an absolute freight train of Blue n' Gold flying roaring down the field. I've posted it here before, wonder if I can find it again. If I had more time I'd do a Block of the Week feature because that's part of the game that I don't see highlighted enough, especially with the blocking receivers we have. Adams in particular eats em up.
  22. Joe Pop made a living catching Brock heaters in heavy traffic for first downs. The first pick of my 13-year-old self. Odell Willis. I'll always remember the note of disgust in Knuckles call on that play. "He dropped it. He just. dropped. it."
  23. Week 10 Ottawa @ Toronto No poem for this game.. I would prefer to pretend it did not happen.
