  1. First the triple crown and then the Bombers. A lot of win-less streaks are going to end this year.
  2. Good thing for you you didn't make it. When the cheque arrived you'd suddenly realize that Noeller and 17 had left for the bathroom about 15 minutes earlier and had failed to return...
  3. Maybe Kyle can get Hervey to give him the moon for Greaves. No can do, "the moon" left for the NFL a few years back. Ha ha yeah. We'll just have to settle for Tom Wilkinson instead...
  4. Maybe Kyle can get Hervey to give him the moon for Greaves.
  5. Apparently the entire Eskimo OL saw the movie "Aloha" the night before and Pencer just experienced a delayed reaction.
  6. What's the odds on Mike Reilly making it past game three?
  7. I don't really see that as a high bar to attain, but I agree, I hope we've upgraded.
  8. Mac: Oh, c'mon, we're like the sons you never had. Captain O'Hagan: If you were my son, Mac, I would've smothered you by now. Mac: Smothered me in gravy you big dirty man.
  9. Farva: Hey, let's pop some Viagras and issue tickets with raging, mega-huge boners. Thorny: You know, Farva, only you can make a dark man blush. And no, we're not doing it.
  10. Two separate factions in camp eh? I don't like to hear that.
  11. I'd say #89 is a lock. Someone pointed out that #5 has been getting a real look from the coaches as well. We'll keep an eye on 'em both this season. A guy can learn so much and real sense of the up and comers from watching TC. The battle at the center position has been intriguing as well.
  12. were all of the games played internally?
  13. Arash Madani @ArashMadani On new Stamps LB Brandon Harper: Widener alum, where Mike Kelly is head coach. Pipeline to John Murphy, once his right-hand man in WPG. #CFL Good to see the database is still humming...
  14. hee hee I love questions like this from newbs...think about it...

  16. yes. Last year it was a good idea to take the running back of whatever team was playing Winnipeg.
  17. The problem with the CFL pool vs. NFL is the lack of information. I lost count of how many guys I started last year that ended up being last minute deletions from the roster. In the NFL, there is so much info on a player and whether he is going to start that you can make a pretty informed call. Not so in the CFL. Also in the NFL if one guy goes down there are a lot of other options to choose from, in the CFL pool not nearly as many. Anyway, other than that, it is a ton of fun and I enjoyed it immensely. Let's just hope that the TSN guys pay a bit more attention to the injuries this year.
  18. Noeller - if you see Bauming ask him how the new special teams coach is working out so far. Thanks.
  19. http://www.tsn.ca/mcdavid-tops-tsn-s-final-draft-ranking-1.300634 If the Jets stay true to the board, then we're getting Merkley at 17. I'd be happy with that pick. If Bittner is still around at 25 I'd grab him, otherwise Jake Debrusk. http://www.tsn.ca/jake-debrusk-left-wing-1.293927
  20. Darrin Bauming @DarrinBauming Jhomo Gordon making some nice catches today. If he can pair that up with his burning speed, he'll be a nice option at receiver. #Bombers
  21. Just watch this show: All your questions will be answered.
  22. I sure hope we're paying him what he's worth. Kyle might be wanting to renegotiate the contract and up it by a few thou.
  23. yeah no one does it like Wally does. Even when he was with Calgary. Allen Pitts, Geroy, Barrin Simpson, and now McCallum.
