    Yes, and they gave an increase based on Cost of Living Adjustment, for which they are now paying through the nose.

    The notwithstanding clause has a 5 year limit so that an election can take place during the time frame. The Ontario conservatives will only be able to keep that contract in place, if they get reelected.

    The same thing happened in BC, a few years ago It went all the way to the Supreme Court & the teachers' union won

    This is interesting. The notwithstanding clause has a time limit of 5 years So, what happens to the contract when the notwithstanding clauses no longer applies? Usually they are retroactive until a new deal is negotiated, but I don't think that's possible in this case

    Andrew Harris reasonably healthy and dressing for the Argos in the play offs - could make a huge difference Esp. if they manage to finish first and he (potentially) only has to play 2 games

    It's also fair to say, our 2 OTs have battled more injuries this year, which has hampered their effectiveness I realize OL always play hurt, but it has seemed like more than usual this year

    Cool! My last sub plan was just for an afternoon. I made a different topic of study related word search for each class. Kids loved it - sub had an easy afternoon.
