Just in case anyone is interested in some of the statistics that don't show up in the regular box score. Teague Sherman was the only Bomber to register a tackle for a loss, with a 16 yarder. The Bombers had 5 pass knockdowns - Leggett with two, while Washington, Sears and Randle each had one. The turnover plus/minus will officially go down as +1 as we technically gave up the ball to end the game (chalk this one up to poor clock management) I'll try and update things like this each week.

Jones and Howard aren't exactly established enough to bring anything in a trade, especially with one of them on the PR. I'm not trading January after the game our OL had either.

don't. this is the dawn of the rebuild that the Bombers should have begun several years ago. the Wade/Kyle/Osh thing needs a year to gain traction and momentum. yeah, i know you've heard that refrain several times over the last 2 decades... and that the emotional stamina required to willingly get on the same roller coaster that has made you nauseous over and over is immense (i am a Leaf fan after all)... but the aggregate of the Bomber's moves since Miller came on board (and put Walters in place, and hired O'Shea and allowed him to have a dozen other coaches) has got to have you looking at the team's trajectory and believing in it. (heck... i do) I'm more unsure than ever.

I wouldn't say the exact same way. But it's certainly one good way to answer the question. It's not a middle finger to the media either, despite TBurg wanting to spin it that way. And for the record, since you want to make that Mack comparison ... I've already had a few negative things to say about Mike O'Shea. This just isn't one of them.
