I just posted it here so everyone can see how bad Kuale has been! I didn't realize that Washington had almost as many yards in penalties as Kuale but has taken less penalties. Thanks Childress! Say a DB takes a PI penalty 40 yards down field, is that 40 yards in penalties? If so then I'd suspect DBs will always be at a disadvantage in terms of penalty yardage.
