he is not a 30 front nose tech. Not in his prime, or now. He's a 3tech. If any thing in a 40 you'd slide him to the edge. He has played some snaps in his earlier days on the edge in a 30 and 40 in a pinch.

Average league salary is pushing $130,000 with current cap number and the rookies still make under $90,000....significantly less for American rookies.
These numbers aren't outlandish.
Teams are ready to pay $250,000+ for decent Canadian OL and starters now.
The "highest paid" whatever headlines today are kind of laughable considering 45% of the league are free agents.  That's going to change by February.

The overwhelming majority of position coaches in our league are ex-players who retired and had zero coaching experience beforehand. Your complaint is unfounded. Jake's not our DC for cripes sakes.
You can count the winning HCs of 4 out of the last 5 Grey Cups among them
Osh, Mace, and Dinwiddie all retired and went straight into coaching.

Didn't Tyrell Ford sign for like $240 000 with Edmonton?  
Kramdi gets a lot of hate for whatever reason?  I wouldn't consider him elite,  but he's a guy who does make plays and doesn't fall invisible for games at a time.  

The Bomber's have great depth with Kramdi, Smith and Makonzo at SLB.

So the positive news is that we no longer have to suffer through Barker on TSN.
