Really not, especially for a guy who played 2 years. If any thing labels him a bust its only playing 2 years. Look at what most of the top of that draft class has done in the cfl and look what waggoner has done. 
Better wheels then dunigan for sure. Dunigan was more buck esq in his era. Now dunigans heart, football instincts, accuracy, and especially leadership are another matter. 

I think he was a bust, a first round pick for a ST player who played two seasons is pretty bad.

Club hasn't announced it but QB Austin Apodaca's training facility just announced he's signed with the Bombers.
Lots to like about this signing.
6'3", 215 ... very much a pro-style prospect. Absolute gun for an arm ... had he clocked it at the combine instead of a pro day, he would've set the all-time record with a 61 MPH toss. Can make all the CFL throws.
Few things not to like ... he didn't play much in college. Didn't get a lot of opportunity to throw the ball at UNM, ran the triple option offense. Receivers never really helped him out much, so he doesn't have the backing of any good statistics really. Pretty raw.

Still haven't figured out who was signed.....and too lazy to go back through this thread to find it...?? Someone named Action Jackson and then it blew up  Morning Big Blue I think??

Rookie camp starts in 13 days!  

It's a nice thing for his resume but when you look deeper, he only had one year a a starter with Alabama and was cut twice by NFL teams without even making it to training camp.  The Redskins cut him after mini-camp last year & Detroit did the same a few weeks later.
Adrian Hubbard won 2 national championships with Alabama and we saw how well he did up here.

Can we still use IMWT or did Joe Mack kill that one?

My point is to let our site evolve and not have agendas at all ..... let the members decide what they want to do and what they want to support
Of course we don't need an identical piece of news to be the source of 3 different start up threads ... neither do we need to merge every thread that is even slightly tangentially related ... if a member thinks an item discussion worthy let them post : it will thrive or sputter and die .... both are fine ... its the posters' interest that determines and no one seems to be able to predict what will catch the members' fancy ... its all about what is fun and interesting, not about artificial rules otherr than we have to keep order and social norms
The thing that has to go on this site is ego-ism ..... its the opposite of humility and mutual respect ... on promotes discussion and exchange the other kills it
As to you Mike you are a leader on this site and what you say counts for a lot .... your opinion is highly respected but that doesn't always make it right or the best, its just good ... sometimes someone else's opinion is better, every once in a while .... more often it is just different ... if you a leader you are going to take some heat, its just the nature of the beast, and we do need leadership
So Mike you can take this personally or you can continue to lead and I hope your choice is leadership however uncomfortable that may be .... you are a difference maker

I believe the opposite is true Mike .... no body wants to go through long long threads .... the only way is to start on the last page and go backwards towards the middle ... very frustrating
You also can not see the differing sub thread topics that occur in the giant thread ... the ones that interest you and the ones that don't
We used to have a lot of topics but originators kept getting chided by mods as "covered elsewhere" or out rigy merged one thread into another without our say in the matter .... having a thread closed or frozen was considered punishment  for being a bad do-bee.
Long threads are an enforced culture around here and if we want to be happy we can't really change it

Totally agree.  Ever since we started cramming everything into two massive mega-threads, participation has been way down on the site.

Just a note... if this thread is for the casual reader - the actual signing is two pages of arguing away... Cole's is further...
probably easier for the casual people to keep up if each signing ended up with its own thread and then there was just a massive updated roster thread pinned

I for one always dislike massive catch all threads. Your policy is bad and you should feel bad.

Agreed!  I don't see why everything has to be filtered into massive mega-threads.  It discourages new users from reading and posting here.

This is a great signing.  Seriously blue-chip young tackle prospect.  Foketi and Hardrick should both be looking over their shoulder.
