Hamilton receiver Hal Patterson #77 is watching the action from a distance. Cec Luining was my cousin on my Mother's side of the family. He was 25 years older than me so I never knew him that well. He played 10 seasons for the Bombers from 1954 -63. He played in 5 Grey Cups winning 4. Cec attended Daniel Mac playing for the Maroons & his Junior football with the Winnipeg Rods before signing with the Bombers. Jack Wells nicknamed him "The Mad Milkman From Selkirk". He lived in Selkirk & was a Milk Man delivering to stores & private homes. He passsed away in 2009. I'm obviously proud that as a family member he played for the Bombers during their most dominant era & that he won so many championships. I just wish I'd have known him better.
