  1. Just a waste of talent.
  2. It's more the offense we run. We throw the ball to the slots more than the wideouts. Put Woli inside he has the potential to be a legit thousand yard receiver. He deserves better than 2 catches for 17 yards kind of game we've seen.
  3. Sure, random troll calling himself Horseman comes here & starts referencing John Hufnagel in a hockey thread of all things... Yet claims he doesn't know the only garbage fan site for Stamps fans is called CFL Horsemen? What a joke. Say hi for me to the biggest self important, bloated ego of an admin on the Internet. Emperor Geo.
  4. For some reason they won't move Wolitarski inside which makes no sense at all.
  5. Horseman is from Calgary. He threw in a Hufnagel reference already.
  6. Horseman, huh? So, one of the 5 active posters left on that stupid site is bothering to troll here? What's the matter too busy there for ya?? Lol.
  7. Don't you think Drew Wolitarski would make a great slot rather than a wideout? He seems wasted out there.
  8. When it does, it handcuffs them elsewhere on the roster. Canadians can play RT as it isn't normally the qbs blind side.
  9. I can't remember the last time I saw a backhanded goal.
  10. Every NHL goalie lets in bad goals because of the style of play now. On their knees in the butterfly constantly trying to block shots & take away the ice low by the posts. They're caught out of position a lot or are beaten high on what seem weak shots from far out. Forwards busy charging the net trying to distract them or block their vision.
  11. Because most of them coming out of college can't play tackle in the CFL. They aren't ready. They've never played against guys like Odell Willis, Charleston Hughes or Willie Jefferson. If a talented Canadian OL is available & so is a Canadian receiver the OL goes first. Canadians play Guard & Center while Americans play left & right tackle. Generally no more than 2 Americans on the line.
  12. Like Canadian OL you can never have enough receivers. Besides we have nothing but bad luck signing guys who had great careers with other teams but are getting a little long in the tooth... Bryant Mitchell had a torn achilles so that is a concern. Collins had 1100 yards in 19 & is only 28.
  13. I'm surprised that the broadcasts weren't making money considering the games were also broadcast across the country.
  14. The cuts keep coming. This time Sportsnet drops coverage of Blue Jays games on radio. The only MLB team to do that. games on radio will be simulcast from their TV broadcasts. Our media is totally ****** in this country. The 2 big monopolies Bell & Rodgers should be broken up before everything is gone. I'm no jays fan but this is craziness. If they can't make money with an audience of at least 5 million in the GTA & games being fed to Sportsnet radio stations across the country, how could they not be making money??? Perhaps our resident radio expert Noeller can explain to us what is going on....
  15. Saw a tweet today that said Ricky Collins has retired. Here's a story that goes into detail about his leaving football. It seems teams don't want to pay for quality receivers anymore unless you're Derel Walker & he got no calls after he was released. He was owed $30,000 signing bonus but was released before the Esks had to pay him which left him feeling bitter. Edmonton has turned into a joke of an organization since a new President as well as GM Brock Sunderland took over. Pissing off players & fans alike. He would have looked good in a Bomber uniform.
  16. Bear frigging Woods. My Gawd.
  17. Their curlers are like their football team. They've only won like 4 Briers.
  18. How do other leagues do it? The WHL, The Canadian Soccer League. Little dinky leagues where they don't have any money either. They better figure it out.
  19. Sure Toronto is middle of the pack. **** them.
  20. I sure miss The Unknown Poster on this thread....
  21. Austin couldn't do his podcast if he went over to AEW. I find Austin to be a pretty good interviewer. His interviews flow pretty well & of course he knows the people he brings on. He'd never have been able to interview Undertaker if he left WWE so he has a good gig going. I'd like to see him behind the mic more. I think Vince pays him pretty well to do his podcasts & show up occasionally at Raw. I've watched a little of AEW. Not a lot of big men on the roster. Jungle Boy is one of their stars. They have a long way to get to WWE's level of talent. Maybe someday.
  22. Well he did have a practice squad for the practice squad of the practice squad while in Regina.
  23. Trudeau tried to buy his way in...
