Stafford is younger & he has experience. He'd have pushed Adams. Instead we signed a guy who couldn't crack the roster after being on the PR for at least 10 games. Stafford isn't spectacular but he has good hands. How can anyone write off a guy for being with too many teams when players sign 1 year deals & then go after the best deal in the off season? We'd be writing off 80% of the players in the CFL. That's the business model out there now with the CFL.

Trevor Harris 20/26 for 259 yards & 2 TD's. No interceptions. Nice stats but again as per usual when Harris needed to get a score to win, he couldn't deliver. Eighteen points in the first half. Zero in the second.

Jamie Elizondo loves Cornelius. If he's back next year as Head Coach, it seems clear to me that he'll be the starter. I think they signed Arbuckle in order to trade him in the off season. He'd be sought after as he is under contract & not a free agent.

They signed Namaan Roosevelt but passed on Kenny Stafford. I'd have liked them to have signed Stafford to push Darvin Adams who has clearly lost either his edge or desire to play. He did score a TD last game but his head was in the clouds otherwise. No idea what's up with him. They say he has a shoulder issue...

And for that, he's one of the highest paid failures in the CFL.

All great players. Guard was the toughest selection as there were other guards who played for us who were outstanding but they only played a few seasons so even though they were great I feel longevity has to be a major factor to be on any All Time position list. Two guards that come to mind tin this scenario that were dominant but only played a few seasons for us: Buddy Brown & Bob Lueck.
