Then when the Bombers lose this coming season the posters who always get so upset here will want to string up the officials who botched a call & made us lose. And it'll be Wah, wah, wah, wah. This call sucked,. That call sucked. That wasn't PI. That wasn't a hold. The refs suck... Like it always is here. Some... but not all of you are such hypocrites. Like I said, I don't care if people are upset. I just asked a question.

Just think back to the dark days of 2013 & 14. No one wanted to coach or play here. The only guy who believed in this organization at the time back in 2015 was Stanley Bryant. He left a perennial championship contender to come play for a loser at the time. I'll always remember that. He, as a player also helped change the culture to what it is today.

With digital broadcasting we now have DJ's in Vancouver doing the morning show in Calgary on Q107. On Jack FM, they have a local morning show & no DJ's the rest of the day.

What does the number of years officiating have to do with anything? To me, it means nothing. Look at Jake Ireland in the CFL. Reffed for 30 years & screwed every CFL team over a dozen times. Now, he is one of the replay officials & still screwing teams over another dozen times. So, to me it's a valid question. Was there a better ref left out to put her in on Sunday? We ask the same thing about CFL officiating as well. But she can't be criticized...

As the only radio station carrying the Jets & Bombers they'll take it on & increase their sports content. I look for their sports department to grow by at least 2 people. More sportstalk in the evening, perhaps?

I'm gonna say this. One of those bad calls was the female ref's call on Chiefs #32 when the receiver ran into hjim & she threw the flag. Should she have even been there in the first place as an official or was the NFL virtue signaling by inserting her into the referee lineup?

After he went to Hamilton (because our asshat GM Lunsford at the time was jealous of his popularity so he was banished) he retired so his best years were with us... There's always a caveat.

One OL goes down for the Chiefs in the AFC Championship game & suddenly three have to change positions & a shitty backup has to start on the KC line. The NFL has bigger rosters & expanded practice squads & they didn't have a guy ready to step in & play? That cost them the Super Bowl as the Bucs ate that KC line alive. Mahomes was running for his life on every pass play. the NFL monopolizes players & when just one is needed they can't deliver.

It's sad that Andy Reid's time he spent away from his family as an NFL HC caused such strife in his home. Dad being away so much coaching football & missing special occasions, family birthdays, Christmas or even his 2 sons high school games came at such a cost. They look around & see other Dads in the stands but theirs isn't as he's too busy with his team's players & it's tough. I can relate as my father was a small business owner & an alcoholic. He was also was never around & would be gone for days at a time & my Mother & I would not know where he was or if he was even alive. Was he lying dead somewhere?? It wasn't uncommon for him to go missing from Thursday at noon to when he came home for lunch to Saturday night or Sunday morning. When he was around then my parents argued about the times he wasn't. I had a hard time trusting others because I could never trust that my father would keep his word he'd be home that night or that we'd be going on that fishing trip the next Saturday when I was a kid. You get ****** up when you can't trust your father as a 10 year old. Or seeing your Mother crying because she thinks her husband is dead or we have no money for food because Dad is drinking it all away & he's the only bread winner in the family. It affects you the rest of your life. So, I have sympathy for Britt Reid but he is an adult now & hurt 2 innocent little kids. He should go to jail.

I remember the stories before the 2019 season about how badly the negotiations went between Desjardins & a number of players. Especially Trevor Harris. I don't think Desjardins has a great reputation for trust with players.
