  1. Merging post is a good feature. Cleans up things. The only drawback u can see is affecting post count, but it offsets those post that are meant just for post count padding.
  2. Says the guy who used "back in the olden times"- cuz nothing says "hey, i'm in touch with modern day society!" More than "back in the olden times". 😁😁
  3. I'm not going to quote what you said. I'm just going to post this: You literally discounted people's surrounding in the very next sentence. ANyways- who here said that environmental influences is an excuse for murder? Looking back I don't see anyone saying anything remotely like that. Please point it out as I seemed to have missed it.
  4. Here is the link... https://www.manitoba.ca/covid19/restartmb/prs/winnipeg/index.html#exposure
  5. Do it now, do it right and save us from that 3rd wave. All of our neighbors are entering their 3rd wave- we see it. We have about two to four weeks starting this past Tuesday- why squander this window of opportunity? Why wait until the ICUs fill up and the deaths start going up and the age of those with serious complications of the virus goes down? ******* madness... "Three more deaths linked to the illness were also announced on Friday, including a man in his 20s from the Northern Health Region, the province said in a news release. The province also announced 37 newly identified cases of more contagious coronavirus variants, most of which are in the Winnipeg health region." https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/manitoba/manitoba-covid-19-update-1.5981517
  6. My Parents got the shot yesterday- two weeks and they can see their Grand Children...
  7. So yeah, it's Holocaust Memorial Day and ****** carlson needs to double down on the white supremacy talking points... How is this even allowed on TV?
  8. The only time I've been envious of those sheep-seducing, butter-slapping gap-toothed melonheads
  9. We should go into another lock down. We always wait until the very last minute with always the same results... these VOCs are serious- that Bolosano Variant is pretty crazy. Lock it down before we join the ranks of all the provinces west of us and Ontario and Quebec. Interesting opinion piece that kind of sounds familiar: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/saskatchewan/opinion-lewis-muhajarine-neudorf-1.5978305 They underline what made other jurisdictions successful: "The key to success was straight out of the preventive health manual: detect early and respond decisively. The east-Asian countries and Canada's Atlantic provinces that did so well locked down fast and hard when case numbers were still low, ramped up testing and tracing, and quickly flattened the curve. They could then lift restrictions and either keep them off permanently"
  10. Yeah the Bolsonaro variant is looking to be very concerning- I posted a thread by Eric Feigl-Ding discussing the Bolsonaro variant.
  11. Hey, I remember read his epiphany somewhere... his dad was a staunch progressive.
  12. It's insane... what happened to Adler? on his twitter feed, he has a retweet about baby cows becoming veal and that they should be with their mommy... this is a hard contrastt o the Charles Adler from CJOB...
  13. Yeah, looks great! And- filmed in WINNIPEG. Goes to Streaming VOD (and torrents...) April 16th
  14. Damn... tripled our tally from yesterday... and added 25 new VOCs...
  15. Unless it includes prominent conservative figures from the 80's, impotence, scat, water play and genital infestation... it missed the mark.... 😅 Rush deserves nothing less than being savaged with repulsive imagery.
  16. Unfortunately all those things don't require a tax to offset road repairs.... which is the original reason for the fuel tax.
  17. I think Bill Hicks framed the best picture of Rush... Needless to say NSFW... actually its pretty disturbing so I am not going to post the link- just Google "Bill Hicks on Rush Limbaugh".
  18. Oof... hyperbole much? I have no love for Kives, but he ain't a lefty Rush...
  19. yeah, here is a site that has pretty omprehensive data and stats on vaccine roll out in Canada and by province too. https://covid19tracker.ca/vaccinationtracker.html The Doses By Province graph backs up what Bart says. 20. Well sheeeeit... silver linings and all: " the collaborators are partnering with the biotechnology company Moderna to develop and test an mRNA-based vaccine that harnesses the approach to produce the same beneficial immune cells. According to the team, using mRNA technology could significantly accelerate the pace of HIV vaccine development, as it did with vaccines for COVID-19."
