  2. I don't think he nor his agent is doing him any favours dragging this out. A new crop of college QBs is coming online as of April, pushing his NFL offers further away plus the fact he hasn't played any meaningful football since Green Bay TC. The sooner he comes to realize his pro QB future is in the CFL, the better for him.
  3. I have a feeling he is thinking it’s something it isn’t. I can’t think of any qbs who served as the camp arm to get signed out of that for camp, little on make a team. I could be wrong but it’s a pretty big hail mary. It’s a strange move for him. It’s not bad by any means, I expect him to be ufl bound.
  4. Just a practice arm. That ought to wake him up.
  5. ^^ Going as a Camp Arm: "Each year NFL teams can invite select free agents to the NFL Combine and Elgersma has garnered an invitation. He’s going along with Kyle Trask to help throw to the other positions during the combine process. Trask was selected in the second round, 64th overall during the 2021 NFL Draft. The combine runs from Monday, February 23 through Monday, March 2 at Lucas Oil Stadium."

  8. Elgserma getting an invite to NFL combine. 3DownNationCanadian QB Taylor Elgersma accepts invite to 2026 NFL Co...Canadian quarterback Taylor Elgermsa has accepted an invite to the 2026 NFL Combine in Indianapolis, Indiana, per sources. He becomes the second U Sports QB
  9. Friedman couldn't be nicer and more humble.... I've never got the vibe that he's arrogant. I think the producers would like him to be more of a personality, which sucks, but I've never got the vibe that he's very comfortable with that. Bieksa they keep pushing to be more and more if an ******* on TV and I think Friedge tries to stay with him...
  10. Well the women almost pulled off the hockey upset. Too bad they couldn't have potted an empty netter and sealed the deal. I don't get it? Keenan from SNL? What?
  11. What's that saying? Starting to believe his own press is my current read on EF.
  12. yeah, I felt the same about Kevin Glenn after the 2008 season. Good thing we moved on from that guy!
  13. We have no one brimming with potential ready to replace him, so we have to give him and every other QB an honest shot to become the starter.
  14. well my faith feels kind of restored in the franchise, but I might see it because Conan's involved
  15. And streaming killed the CD industry which is forcing muscians to go back to doing live shows.
  16. Duthie looks tired and weathered a bit. He’s still a solid host tho but yeah Bieksa and Pounder are definitely the straw that stirs the drink. Elliotte just I dunno, not a fan. Likely island visitor vibes.
  17. You know you (we all) prob could make this happen. That’s a suggestion they likely wouldn’t laugh at. Give me Woli. Give me local bands. Give me dogs and frisbees.
  18. McLean is the greatest to ever do it... Full stop. But Duthie is fun and still has a ton of energy. I really like David Amber, too, but Duthie still has more creative juices. I'm not always down with the "comic relief" version of Duthie, but when he can find a nice happy medium between being a serious broadcaster and the funny guy... It's a really good fit.
  19. I think Duthie has lost a step but different strokes for different folks. My favorite is a tie between Pounder and Bieksa, both are outstanding in their own way.
  20. Duthie would be the perfect replacement for that hack McClean.
  21. Man I've been loving Duthie as the host with Friedge and Bieksa on the panel. It's like the best of both TSN/SNet worlds. And kind of a glimpse of what might have been (it's long rumoured that SNet tried to poach Duthie when they first got the hockey rights)... Anyhow, I've been really enjoying it...
  22. Tim Horton's would stink even if owned by Canadians.
  23. So which game is Woli doing the half time at this year?
  24. Not sure, he was spending some time during the winter in BC I think. He sure took to winnipeg though. He was in full practices for atleast 1/3 of the year. Idk what to think guess we will see if he makes it.
  25. If he does he will starve. He'd be a great guy around a camp fire but there are a ton of guys with a guitar that are far better than him busking for a meal. Live music went the way of the dodo bird a long time ago unless you are willing to play for peanuts or are an original songwriter good enough to get a recording contract (which Woogie is neither). When CDs came around it killed the live music industry. Bands get paid about 2/3 of what they were making in 1988. The going rate is about 100 bucks a guy per night. 150 on weekends.
  26. Rhymes would fit the need for sure. ZC could use a big guy to go get jump balls on the outside.
  27. Translation: Leafs suck.
  28. For sure cuz Canada gives a **** about the leafs the whole panel is a joke Friedman with his I need a cigarette cuz apparently he jizzed in his pants It’s just obnoxious garbage
