  1. Past hour
  2. do we reclaim first? Keys to win....coaching do your job...be it player usage...adjustments...coaching with some brass balls , utilizing rules afforded to you....yanking guys who have turned up the suck....do your damn job Let the defence loose upfront with your best athletes and bring the heat BO....Nuff said as our receivers are not gonna be a difference maker unless 2015 ZC shows up
  3. Edge rusher Warren Peeples is on the Bombers neg list... we're all always saying we need more Peeples and one new Person on the DL...
  4. Gonna have to ride BO until the wheels fall off tonight...That offensive group of receivers will strike no fear in anyione and it will be easy for stamps to basically eliminate our 2 best threats...and ZC cant be his hit or miss self...he needs to be ZC circa 2019-early 2022 or be sat down and or spelled off for multiple series a game and get Strev more acclimated.... And seeing we have 3 ends...real ends....and a more than capable Adams and Lawson we need to see them let loose...attacking and in heavy rotation...if Jake never saw the field we would look better than we have in yrs
  5. Okay, thanks Debbie.
  6. LOVED IT! This is what the CFL is all about.
  7. Yes, Zach could and should do better, but unless he can walk on water, no way we are going to win unless the defence plays better say, by about 1000%.
  8. as I been saying for yrs and what many fail to actually see...our management of players...and extended to roster is butt ugly horrible...we waste guys talents...fain to recognize talent and usefulness and continue to try and make sub par guys a thing...mostly based on Osh's bias'....does he have this boner for slug Canadians...is it a Canadian Pride thing about less than stellar athletes trying to prove a point he's some guru/wizard??...who knows what it is but needs to stop...I also think his ability to recognize talent is weak and he values too many intangibles that dont translate on feild... he would have stayed...but he knew we wouldnt pony up....we didnt have to beat what Hammy offered...but just be in ball park.... Weak/poor moves rarely do....
  9. Someone needs to step up today, and Zach needs to have a much better game. LFG!!!!!!!
  10. Totally logical...and a fantasy-. Ain't gonna happen.
  11. Plus oxygen tents and AEDs on every sideline.
  12. Today
  13. If you miss making your pick before the first game kicks off, I believe you can still pick from any game that hasn't started yet so you should be fine taking Brady.
  14. I thought I had 3 strikes & was out. Turns out, I only had two. Didn't realize we had five. If I'm still able, I know I just passed the deadline but can I still make my pick? If not, i'll take my lumps this week. Brady Oliveira.
  15. No, you NEVER base your opinions here like they're fact. Like everyone else is wrong & you're always right. I guess you're truly the only smart guy here.
  16. No, my arguments have been based on the WHY. Not the what. You've stated multiple opinions as if they're facts. Hindsight is what it is. But at the time multiple people agreed with the moves they made. Those moves just haven't panned out.
  17. My impression was that when the game got tight Arbuckle reverted back to the qb we know & are used to seeing. That pick he threw late killed the Argos. Arbuckle has to be able to put all his fears & doubts aside & win games under pressure. I thought perhaps this game might be the one that propelled his career to new heights but then he "Arbuckled" his team. He can't win the big games as he falls apart. Except against us in the Grey Cup.
  18. I was going to mention Grant but you beat me to it.
  19. What about giving up on Grant? He wanted to continue playing here. Lawler I have no clue if he would have stayed.
  20. I'm waiting until I hear what Luke Willson has to say about it until I'll say if it's a great game or not. lol
  21. Ya it's kind of a callback post. I was freaking out after our draft about why we took so many LBs and Mike said the thing you quoted from me above. Patience, grasshoppers....
  22. This feels like Walters first major **** up.
  23. I think we might’ve. Good chance one of the two ends up being in the cam judge tier atleast. Thing is, lbers don’t have the huge uptake time that QBs and some other positions have. Both guys were playing major d1 ball. If they were imps they’d be expected to start as rookies. The seasoning those guys need, comes from playing D too. We aren’t gonna sharpen them up on kick cover teams. But we played them on D very sparingly in pre season. We will let guys like schmekel and kornelson drown on D for extended reps each game, but won’t let guys like Shay and smith atleast play running situations. Ayers is in the same boat. That guy isn’t getting better as a player only covering kicks and eating dirt on short yardage plays. We suffered through the D reps with karamoko, Kramdi, Hallett, etc. Gauthier once upon a time was the 28th pick with out standing athletic ability running a 4.6 40 with 10’ broad, cadwallader was even more athletic with some big jump numbers and db reps. We’ve hammered lots of high upside Canadians down into limited (teams) role players, (Eli, year one ford lots of examples) and up jumped tcf low pick Canadians into starting jobs because of intangibles. Why didn’t mci get a good half to 3/4 or a game worth of reps at rb? Same with Peterson. Can name soo many guys who we picked with tremendous upside only to give up on them playing their actual position.
  24. I couldn't love it more. **** those guys.
