Doesn't the league say "no major news during GC week so as not to distract from the game"...? 99% sure that's a thing. There will be rumours for sure, that leak from the talking heads, but nothing official will go out until after GC I'd bet (with the slim chance of something before). Fwiw, reading Hodges encapsulation of the Osh presser, he (Osh) seems to be fairly confident he's going to sign an extension. Never say never, but I have the feeling everybody's back next year, or maybe Osh is taking on HC/GM on the outside chance Walters is leaving. But if I was betting money... I'd say The Trinity survives and lives to see another rebuild.

I hope that Big Willie was negatively affected by having to play on a line that featured Jake Thomas, but I rather doubt it. He has been here long enough and contributed enough to be given the choice of either retiring with full honours or invited to camp with the understanding that he will have to compete for his job- no favours.
