Hockey canada should have been shut down 2 1/2 yeras ago after the sex scandals that went on & hazings. They tried to cover up all of that. Disgraceful & disgusting.

So it's not really Team Canada, it's whoever the team's coach wants on his squad. That's OK for the NHL but in best on best the coach picking guys from his own squad looks kind of bad on Hockey Canada. Mind you, they've been doing a pretty good job of that for a while now 🤪

This series could have been epic but it goes out like a whimper in Season 5 with just 6 episodes. Who can forget the Star Trek SNW musical 2 seasons ago. Last season, we had the return of Trelane (Squire of Gothos ST: TOS:Season 1, Ep:17) this time as a wedding planner. Whoop de fricking hoo! And people said that shorter seasons will stop filler episodes with up to 26 episodes. Nope.

On our way to watch Tyler play Idaho State & Dixie State back in 2014. My wife & I took 2 weeks vacay & went all over the Western US, including the Grand Canyon & a few days in Vegas. It was 92 F in St. George, Utah when he played Dixie State. I was Facebook friends with Lyle Bauer. He had a winter home in St. George. He used to talk about it. Had a chopper he brought down with him. He loved hitting the road with that bike.

Most players have quick feet at that level. That's nothing new.

holms biggest issue in all that would be drills vs nfl wrs. Even though he wouldn’t be asked to run bump n cover, he’d have to spend a lot of time early in camp just doing 1on1s. and his lack of physicality would be exposed and look even worse than normal. Nfl wrs get off is every thing. They are used to very tight spaces too. Holm is used to space, longer slower throws, and not getting tosses if he’s fairly close. If he could adapt to sticking tighter to wrs then using that burst for knock downs he’d be able to cover up his lack of physicality. He doesn’t need to win at the line with his jump.

Taylor, he was an even more ridiculous athlete than holm. We do really like athletic outliers at db under jy. Db is our fastest and biggest collection of athletes every year. The couple of former nfl guys we had in camp this year were crazy too, and 6’ plus. I’ll also throw in woodbey as the single greatest athletic outlier on the team today. He has excellent run/jump tools to the point he could cover any spot on the field. but he’s also 6’2 235 with the strength and physicality to excel at wil/mac in the cfl. If biggie had his measurables he never would’ve played a down in the CFL. This kid 100% should be playing S or sam in the nfl. I love watching him cover area and wrs like a db, then just monster guys physically when the ball is in play. He ate ol and big blockers lunch on a ton of plays in the run game last year. S, Sam, Wil, Mac, Dhb, you could play him at most positions. He could probably pass rush from the edge in a pinch if you needed. Not just an athlete either, that guy is a tough ass football player. I’ve got very high expectations for him this coming year.

People underrating holm. He’d fit in with what Pittsburgh does quite well. Personally I think he’s our best option at safety.
