  1. Past hour
  2. And like that according to 3down nation Dolegala is released....
  3. He lost out to the MOP...... I don't think anyone in the last 3 years could beat out Brady for a starters job.
  4. The team doesn't know how to properly utilize him and they will see the other guys as cheaper options.
  5. If Strev. just does what they tell him and never speaks up or asks for varied play selection during the week that's on him, if so it's getting him nowhere. Buck has said numerous times he works with his QB to accommodate what he likes to do best, there's no evidence he's a dictator that won't listen. Dru Brown took advantage of his limited opportunities and did exactly what he needed to do, he ran all the way to a starting job Ottawa with them. In a few of the games he stepped in for Zach in 2023, he took full control of the offence and even outperformed Zach, a mid-season Edmonton victory was probably the best example.
  6. Failed to take the role in 2022 when it was an open competition between him and Brady. They also split carries the first six games of that year. Guy just isn't a starter.
  7. well I figured out my morning trip I still need to figure out the right trip to get me home...actually no I have they're just at times I don't like
  8. Today
  9. **** YOU DPOS ! Parros you're a ******* moron. And I blame the refs for not setting any consistency whatsoever in this series. We have lost our best player for game 6! I would run the hell out of the blues . Hack and slash and injure as many of those ******* dirty pos players . UN-*******-believable.
  10. Part of their ignorance in obtaining best talent too in this perception that only a certain type of person fits the bill...talent is talent ...are they all choir boys...no...but as long as it's not something socially unacceptable and bypassing a guy is just foolish...if your culture is what you profess it will sort itself out...that thinking then should Harris have not been cut then?? And after the fact..watching his production...physical appearance and quick body break down...he was in my opinion using something...and as a strength and conditioning coach I know as a fact there are tons of guys on various things ...throughout the cfl ..ncaa and nfl...it's never going away
  11. We should start using the tablets on the bench to assist the referees with consistency. So next game when one of our players goes Schenn on a Blue player we can call up yesterdays hit to say yup give us 2 minutes interference please.
  12. Ridiculous. And one thing we know we can expect from these officials is not being consistent…. Except for consistently giving us the short end of the stick.
  13. You can't gain anything from that observation based on what we gave him to work with...scheme...and not running anything in practice in that BB... Lots of games last yr as well ZC accomplished nothing other than giving ball away...and that was an offence tailored to him...and taking all the reps Drew brown looked like hot garbage a lot in the beginning but was allowed to grow as an actual QB..Strev was never afforded that here...ever Cherry picking one game when have no clue whatsoever of what all the circumstances involved were proves nothing..and was pretty obvious all yr..last 2 really that we couldn't make any adjustments on the fly or in game for the most part it our life depended on it...or how to best use our personelle He was only a SY specialist here in his late part of first tenure and the idiotic role we had him play last yr...if Brown was all that and a sac of plums he'd have been on a 4 yr nfl journey ...was he? Strev was failed by Bomber coaching...plain and simple...almost ruined Getting looks...or no looks in NFL at times is an odd experience.. some is political..some is black listed...some is just pass the visual "appeaeance" Lenius..KSB and that wr from last yr wave and say hi If a QB gets significant preseason play..gets on roster and in actual games...and bounces around for 4 yrs...there is a reason for it...especially a CFL detector as sadly they are victims of politics and bias' moreso than any other positional player who was in Canada first...
  14. That's exactly it... if faj can be a starter there is 0 reason streveler can't. He was a much better prospect coming in as a passer than faj, has a better arm and a better attitude and showed insanely more as a rookie than faj did.
  15. Yup, Friedman reported on it today. Taken from hockey feed: 'NHL insider Elliotte Friedman reports this morning that there will be NO supplemental discipline coming as a result of last night’s game'. So moving forward, Jet players should expect a 2 minute minor for interference on similar hits on Blue Players just for consistency of course.
  16. That is what he's accomplished in the past but I'd hope for a lot more from a future starter than struggling to win half his games, re-watch the second half of the Banjo Bowl, he was unable to move the ball the entire half on the ground or in the air, the Riders keyed on Brady and didn't worry about his vaunted arm. You've got blinders on if you're comparing him to Fajardo in ability or accomplishment, he can't manage a game near as well as Dru Brown could in his second season with the Bombers behind basically the same offence. He's a SY specialist that usually ends up on the 6 game IR due to the reckless style he plays and I don't think he'll ever amount to anything more than that.
  17. I believe in him as well. But the offense he needs to be successful and the one that fits Collaros style are extremely different Streveler is more RPO, less vertical/drop back style and I think he can be very useful if he stays healthy. But that's the rub. No one is going to bank on him playing 14 or 15 games in a season. I hope we make use of his skills generally even if he's not the starter, and that we don't have him running wedge plays. Build that run/RPO package for short-yardage around his skills.
  18. What you think will be the reason?
  19. I would not be shocked if Strev is outright released after TC.
  20. Bombers signed two free-agent Canadians on Wednesday in McMaster receiver Nick Adair and Montreal centre Alexis Lévesque-Gallant 4 Blue Bomber CFL/Global Draft Takeaways - Winnipeg Blue Bombers Lévesque-Gallant, Alexis - Football Nicholas Adair - Football - McMaster University Athletics
  21. 5 yard average is starter material. He had the unfortunate luck of playing behind amazing backs.
  22. Schenn and Faska are having their way with us and it seems there is not much we can expect from the referees so score goals save pucks and shut them up.
