I don’t believe Ted was around back in the 90s when Jake was drafted. 2025 minus 13 = 2012 was when he was drafted 29th overall, the bombers 5th pick of the draft at that point but here’s the thing, the only guy the bombers drafted that year who had himself a cfl career. Tyson pencer was 3rd overall. Joe Mack was GM. Tyson Pencer. Johnny Aprille. Christo Bilukidi. Rene Stephan. Jake Thomas. a trade for Powell would likely involve a draft pick like 3rd 4th 5th rd and prob rights to neg list guy.
