  1. Past hour
  2. Yup, we had both in 92 (as well as the son in law). 92 was Matty's first year with us & Danny's last. I remember the rumours about Garza but he was 3rd string & had been with the team longer so I'm not sure how true that is.
  3. "Easy swap"..."Hey Hatcher, come play with a old mostly broken down QB who will throw you some suicide balls, oh yeah we don't have a real OC" or "Hey Hatcher, come play with a young superstar in the making, reigning MOP under a OC that loves to go deep" I also don't see why BO would play under Buck again....but maybe there's something there I don't know.
  4. yeah....under 300....but between 250....285....for a legit #1....guys who does all the stuff...gritty work...deep stuff...leads by example....sign me up and thats a fair price If BO goes and chaes the cash...then it's an easy swap, and you can replace him with entry level import cash...no brainer Heck if you are able to put a legit receiver group out there...roll with Peterson/MCI combo for the start of the yr and its sms friendly....If they getting it done....bonus...if not then flip to an import...Import RB prob one the easiest to find and integrate ...there is no shortage down, south if you are actually looking for a bell cow type....hence why our rigid ratio idealogy needs to be more fluid....

  6. Then I guess we should shut down this whole site because that could be said for the multiple issues brought up here consistently. I think most of realize the intent is not to sway MOS and company (not like we’re talking to them directly) but to escape, vent, cheer, debate and have some fun.
  7. I thought we had both Danny and Matty in 92. Did Danny Mac not leave in 93 because Cal prefered The Son In Law?

  9. Don't really care. I'll still take Matty.
  10. Who went on to win more Grey Cups? Just saying...it's always easier after the fact.
  11. tn sure what the right price would be..sounds like it would take 225-275 to get him as he wants to be paid as a top reciever, but if BC goes after Olivera it could be interesting
  12. Would love to see Justin Hardy here. Dude is a legit #1, makes plays all over the field, has had three straight 1000 yard years. His 2023 season had Terrance Edwards energy ... he hit 1k with rookie Dustin Crum, bad Nick Arbuckle, brokedown Jeremiah Masoli and Tyree Adams as his QBs.
  13. Can only make NIL money so long..if pro money in NFL never materialized...and he still wants to play ball..and have chance to make decent money if he becomes something...hes got 1 choice
  14. Right price..id like to see Hatcher here...him and Pokey as your main imports..be nice..2 different style big play guys
  15. Is this ever a guy we should take a run at? I really like Pokey as a receiver but not sure he's a 1A Superstar guy... Would you ever take a run at Hatcher as your #1 and then have Pokey and Demski as 2/3?

  17. I think the backup QB issue usage has been beaten to death in other threads, and us flapping our gums will have zero effect on O'Shea.
  18. Yesterday
  19. I have a feeling that he loves the colour of money a lot more. They add players all the time without informing them.
  20. Maybe wait until Connor Hellebuyck comes back. I mean, it's not like we have a quality replacement on the team. Our team is built on the back of Hellebuyck. If we keep losing with him in the lineup, then yes.
  21. Sounds like the type of guy who loves football also and probably would come up to continue playing. I mean you gotta think if he’s on the neg list there’s been some indication that maybe he has interest or maybe they just add random guys without ever talking to them or an agent or something. Surely there’s a method to the neg list madness. Maybe he loves football.
  22. So, why is he on our Neg List? He'll never come here unless his playing career craters. I mean, maybe we'll see him somewhere in the CFL in five or 6 years if the NFL doesn't work out. What does the CFL pay? Seventy thousand a year Canadian on a 2 year rookie deal. Just a waste of space on our Neg List. Am I wrong?
  23. After 2 games. 0 and 2 but Comrie not the issue in either game. Perhaps this shows us that jets rely way 2 much on 1 guy.
  24. Jets prob need to make some moves. Maybe a big one. I’m not sure what they could do tho. I mean there’s some serious flaws this season. Team seemed completely uninterested in the 2nd and 3rd. Maybe Arniel has lost the room? If not someone needs to go.
  25. Now that's a person I want on my team...
  26. Apparently he's one of the highest paid college QB's, making around $2 million a year. He reportedly turned down a $4 million/year offer to leave Vanderbilt but declined because they took a chance on him so he feels indebted to them.
  27. Make the final. 3 0 wild. Kevin Sawyer is delusional. Jets did not play well.
  28. 3 0. It’s rebuild time. Just don’t barely miss the playoffs. Give yourself a shot at winning McKenna by being bottom 10 or 8 bad.
