2022 they were still a good team, they should have started more transition that offseason though. 2023 they were still a good team but some performance was sliding. Last season still mostly good (D in particular) but some more cracks showing. This season though age has fully caught up to them.

Or really fail to acknowledge that when they got what they wanted in a lot of areas (a younger team, fewer high paid vets) the team is markedly worse. If anyone wants...check the receipts on not re-signing Lawler. Certain people sing with the wind...as experts.

I would say O Shea has less then 10% chance at getting canned this season. It's not happening.

Suitor always brought up how both lines would beat up the opposition and by the 4th quarter we wore them down and would be able to run it down their throats. He still brings this up yet this is no longer true.

2019 and 2021 for sure....well erned tho a bit of luck for 2021....after that.....not so much....and dont even go on about first in west....means not much if you cant finish due to your own inpeptness....and for most part not blaming players....coaching failed them...and is continuing to

sadly firings in football especially are a cumulative thing....happens when over the course of a several seson'sthings are trending in wrong way...and mistakes....poor decisions...reluctance/inability to correct keep occuring...we are there this yr....failure...for similar reasons as last 3....it's time

Status on Collaros.....aged and in serious decline....and have to think now is dealing with an ongoing injury issue I think stemming from that Edm game...and hasnt really been 100 percent fixed...if ever will. I also pretty sure we (the team) are/were very aware of it and the fact they have done nothing really to either put the actual work/time/packages/reps together to develop a guy already here....or make a move to get a possible heir apparent is an utter failure all around...with multiple people to blame for it, and the fact we actually had the poor judgement to re-up him before he even stepped on field this yr, let alone took a snap in an actual game has to be one of the most bone headed moves in decades.... Incompetence all around, and not sure the dynamics of what going on and who's word holds the most say, but to me I think the bit of success the team had was attributed way too much to Osh and with that somehow he gained more control of the who and how we go about player signings and FA targets, or has totally taken over....I am certain Walter's hasn't gotten real stupid overnight, moreso has forgotten he is the Boss and actually has a set of plumbs dangling between his legs and needs to take control back...or get out of the way and we get someone else in who will Honestly tho...I think after the yr is thru we move on with Osh, and get a new fresh guy in their who knows talent and x' and o's and keep moving forward...For most part players coming in now....new to league....or just new to team don't know Osh from spit...and have no allegiance to him or this fascination he is the be all end all.... This is the practice schedule for this week. I saw it mentioned on the other site that today's practice is cancelled. I am not sure why they wouldnt just move it indoors.
