That is tweaking the already existing playbook according to what the QBs have experienced once the playbook is in use. Same thing will happen once Condell implements his playbook. They work on progressions and tweaks according to the personnel that actually make the team. Structure, formations, and some progression design is usually by way of the offensive coaching staff.

Sorry, I forgot to mention, a MLB expansion team. Bringing back the Expos. It would be a shared stadium with MLS, baseball & the Alouettes. Capacity of 35-40000. Stamps fans especially were spoiled. I still don't think the Stamps are that good. Lots of holes to fill.
