  1. Past hour
  2. Why would any of those guys leave? I don't blame TO for asking...but they were all long shots...maybe MOS wasn't. But the other two? Why would they want to leave?
  3. A bit long in the tooth though.
  4. I'd add to the end of that sentence because it's toronto?
  5. All have similar or higher jobs they don't want to leave....
  6. Condell would imo be an OK hire. Nothing exceptional but not a train wreck like Hogan.
  7. Interviewing two proven OC candidates is a pretty strong start. Hope they can nail the hire. Toronto's approach seems...odd. Aiming high is fine but they seem interested in everyone else's head coaches, interviewed their own assistants, but no other external assistants.
  8. Tommy Condell was supposed to be the "next great coach" a few years back... and then never seemed to materialize... hiring him feels like we'd just be trying to optimize Zach for one year instead of optimizing the offense as a whole... I was on the Mike Miller train last year and I'm back on it again... Also interesting times in Toronto... O'Shea and Mace (and essentially Dinwiddie) have all turned them down this offseason.... https://3downnation.com/2025/11/24/saskatchewan-roughriders-head-coach-corey-mace-declines-interview-with-toronto-argonauts-report/
  9. There seems to be a weird false narrative about Brady and his lack of use this year online especially Facebook groups. But looking at his numbers, he had the most receiving yards in his career and missed almost 3 full games. He had 59 less runs than his best year. But he missed almost 3 full games. 20 carries a game for those almost 3 he missed and he would have had more rushes in his career also. Just odd why would Brady be pissed? 5.4 yard average per carry roughly. X 60 more rushes in those almost full 3 games he missed and that’s an additional 300 yards putting him close to 1500 rushing yards and over 2000 combined. What more can he expect ??
  10. I know ifs and buts are candies and nuts, but man who knows how the season would have gone if they would have just hired Miller last offseason........Feels like a wasted season.
  11. If Hogan had a one year contract (which is possible since Oshea's contract was up this year ), I'm sure Walters would say "were just doing our due diligence to weigh all the options, including Hogan
  12. You don’t interview guys for a position if it’s not open. what’s up with Toronto tho. Osh thanks but no thanks steinhauer thanks but no thanks mace thanks but no thanks what’s going on there
  13. Toronto’s O wasn’t the problem. Dude played a role in making Arbuckle look real good this past season. Plus 2 Mike Millers would be fun and with Wade there also your 26 slogan can be… It’s Miller Time.
  14. (Deleted. Wrong thread)
  15. Today
  16. They couldn’t score when he was in net either. They haven’t been good this season. Comrie isn’t the reason they suck.
  17. He's very good...very respected...oodles of experience...polar opposites of oc guy
  18. He’s on a 1 year contract. Likely up already. If not close. I think what this says is they moving on.
  19. 30 years of coaching, OC in the NFL (Arizona), OC in Toronto and Montreal (also co-head coach there). Plus he's made Arbuckle look halfway decent. Would not be worse but time would tell if would be great.
  20. Seems in bad taste to not fire Hogan before this, no? I mean, I don't care -- I want Hogan fired lol, but this seems like an odd sequence
  21. I know everyone is just going to say "can't be worse!" But do we know if this Mike Miller is any good? We don't want to just do better than last year... We need to do GREAT with this hire...
  22. Definitely not the same feeling we had at this point last year. Soooo I'll get you to go ahead and correct that for us please and thank you and if you can't let me know asap when I should let out let's Go Bombers.
  23. "This one game, against Hamilton...who were the GC favorites at the time...I had that Offence clicking like a well oiled machine"
  24. The cynic in me says these interviews are just formalities and Hogan has already been verbally guaranteed his OC job back.
