  4. Yes it's only pre season, and yes it's only Stamps hosting Gappers, but we officially have 2026 CFL football today .. by gar it's been awhile. Also, the "broadcast", if you want to call it that, is on the CFL website...

  6. Good point on MCI, possibly bumping Peterson off. Agree on Hallett being toast. Do you see the 5th WR spot being more of a rotation of Clercius/MCI/Daniels?

  8. Oh man the memorial fan arts are gonna break my heart (for the uninitiated, he voiced several characters on Cartoon Network and Nick Toons shows, most notably Professor Utonium on the Powerpuff Girls, I don't know if he did the rebooted series) https://www.tmz.com/2026/05/18/tom-kane-dead/

  16. kenny was pretty good in his first camp, he came here mid to late in the season and was on our pr after a camp with the lions. A lot of optimism as wide spread after his first year playing in 19, more people doubted bailey would be worth keeping around

  18. peterson is listed twice, so one of him for one S. They’d probably go hallet, even though he’s toast. If mcis flashes at rb end up being for real we might carry one ni rb, we could use that spot to carry a 6th ol (ick) or daniels and run a full time te while a ni wr back ups and bumps cobb off

  20. Jake Paul sitting in a couch and pretending like he can get into MMA and fight Ngannou was enough for me to realize this event was a complete joke. Watch them trot out Fedor vs Randy Couture for the next event or something equally as lame.
  21. When I was growing up in Pinawa in the 90s, the Niverville HC Dwight Hirst was an absolute superstar for Lac Du Bonnet in our minor hockey days. We had a comparable guy in Pinawa, but Hirst was lethal. Awesome to see him having so much success coaching. Good dude.
  22. Homer Simpson made roster construction look so easy. I am a failure.

Winnipeg Blue BombersBlue Bombers Training Camp | Day 8 - Winnipeg Blue BombersIt’s too long ago now to recount every detail, but Warren Burrell does remember this: Milt Stegall always had some gems to tell about Winnipeg, the Blue Bombers and playing in the Canadian Football Le
  27. MOS and Younger decide who plays where. PERIOD. If Walters is giving orders on who plays where and when he should be fired. That would be gross over reach by a GM. Just to play devils advocate though, if KW did order MOS to move Kramdi to S, then isn't possible KW is ordering him to start extra NATs. That seems laughable to think a GM would do that doesnt it? If we are trotting out Corcoran game 1 that is an epic failure by both KW and KC.
  28. Kenny didn't light it up in his first TC. A lot of posters here were surprised when he made the cut...until the Friday night lights came on.
  29. It's day 7 of camp. We should not read into it too much, especially at receiver. Im going to wait until at least the end of week 2 before declaring that KW and the scouts have whiffed on entire positional prospect pools. DL with yard off the ball, and receiver with the waggle and different field take a couple weeks for a lot of guys.
  30. Good calls on both but my question would be who comes off?
  31. I think Pokey and White will be good, but itll take a while for every one to get on the same page as zach and the play book. Wr, QB, 2nd De. The spots to fill, and at this point Im ready for us to settle for the DE by committee. And I don't expect any thing of impact to be done at these spots all year. Honestly Im not worried about MCI as a blocker. He progressed a lot last year. I'm pretty confident he will do well. I'm mainly concerned on if he will become a usefull skill position player or not, his potential and draft spot are a lot to not make use of. He has looked better this camp as a tail back though. Novak I think they will find a way to get on. Kelly or stewart will make it as well. I think Kelly early, but I think we scored on Stewart.
  32. I feel like the yare all looking for a kenny lawler clone, as if to prove we can pump them out so it wasnt a mistake letting him go twice. I cant believe how few young imp wrs we have in camp right now. And they are all very similar. Atleast throw out some one line daniels and see where he winds, what we can do etc.
  33. Its early but how do you project the Canadians on the roster? Starters: Brady, Demski, Nield, Clercius, Wallace, Neufeld, Eli, Lawson, Kramdi is 9. Back-ups: Cobb, Shay, J. Smith, Cadwallender, Schemkel, Gatkouth, MCI, Peterson, Vibert, Peterson, Ball, Leroux I have it something like this. They could add one more Canadian but that means not rostering KMB which seems dumb to me. Notables not on would be Hallett, Daniels, Corcoran and Novak.
  34. Because O'Shea.
  35. yeah the big question on MCI is can he block esp with the emphasis Condell has put on pass protection.
  36. he did look good...always has had some best hands on the team and is definitely one of the top 5 guys on the squad...Hopefully Condel actually knows how to utilize him better. Why he got bypassed by Corcorran last yr was odd, and did nothing to better the team....but that was last yr...hopefully this yr is different I do like tho what I have seen with MCI's use, and figure he may have a actual role in the offence this yr...If we can get that guy rolling there is a lot of big play potential there, and he has worked on his craft during the off-season...looks like a different back when running the ball this yr, and has a pretty good pair of hands too
