Honestly kind of stupid they delay the game for this.

Why not have BLM wait for the next ambulance and leave the initial ambulance there just in case?

If you or I broke our leg like that in any situation we'd be waiting a full day to even get looked at. It's not an emergency.

Being an athlete has it's privileges, he will by pass anyone else at whichever hospital he is taken to.

Might just be Caretaker Bob being cheap and only paying for one. I've seen this happen at low level sports (local fight promotions) but not at the CFL level.

He won't. But every pro football team pays an orthopedist so they aren't accessing the public system for basic diagnostics.

It's happened a few times.

Last year when Bryant flaked out they waited around to avoid it. He just needed fluids.

Unless there's an emergency there's no reason to rush off.
