June 19Jun 19 BC's receiver group is decimated with Cotty, Berryhill and McGee out and Hatcher a GTD. Buck is going to be calling some of us to play if this continues.

June 20Jun 20 BC is getting beat up early this season. Receiving core has been wiped out and now they are forced to use a DL on offense after a couple o-linemen go down on the same drive.
June 20Jun 20 Not surprised that Hamilton won, a little surprised at how Rourke looked. Thought he'd still put up a fight. He didn't have a lot to work with, but damn...and Buck still refuses to run the ball.

June 20Jun 20 Hamilton's offence made it kinda hard for BC to utilize a run game.....Damn near everytime they touched the ball they scored....The only reason Hammy didn't put up 60 is because they backed off most of the second half and they ran the ball...If BC had all their starting receivers this could have been a tight shoot out I bet...but with that much receiver talent out, Rourke didn't have the horses....But again, last week 4 of 6 QBs over 400 yards and Bo could have been but he beat us up so bad he backed off, same as this week....now this week first game and Bo throws for 5td's back to back damn near perfect QB ratings. Even Rourke without all.ost all his starting receivers goes out and put up almost 300yards passing...What is with defences, this is wild, can't wait to see what the games today look like, can any defence stop the other teams passing attack this year......or is the only solid defence going to be weather.....

The Lions were down so quickly they couldn't utilize a run game. QB talent this season is reminding me of the 90's. If this keeps up we could have multiple qbs throwing for 6000 or more yards this season. Mike Benevides will be gone as OC by Labour Day. Ryan Phillips will be calling the defensive signals in his place. As a GM, I think Ryan Ringmaiden is overrated. Edited June 20Jun 20 by SpeedFlex27

Not a coincidence win cups with him, then our American talent has fallen off a cliff

Just like a great assistant coach doesn't make a great HC. The CFL is littered with failures like that. 4 hours ago, Bigblue204 said:Thats not a huge deficit for a half of CFL ball. June 22Jun 22 ....come up with another effort like that and Bucks position will start to look a bit tenuous....No receivers didn't help ...but no running game didn't either

But the Lion's RB was hesitating a lot as well- maybe he didn't trust his O-line?

Benny will be the first coach to go. I'm thinking Ryan Phillips will eventually replace him
