Zero reason we needed to give up Grant. Makes no sense. Guaranteed Hall of Famer.

I’ll say it: Bo throws better ball than Zach at this stage of their respective careers. Also .. Lawler is a better receiver than anyone on our current roster.

  • Lawler with his third TD. Unbelievable. BLM to Lawler is the most dangerous duo in the league right now.

Our receivers are great if they are wide-open.

Schoen looks quite limited.  Only guys that really fight through contact are Clercius and Demski.

Easy to defend us.  Kill the vertical stuff, force our receivers to make plays underneath and beat zone.  We can't.

I think that where Mitchell would help as opposed to Sterns....Sterns isnt really gonna be a deep threat contested ball guy, nor do I see him excelling at crossers in the mid to intermediate area...or really as the trusted second down conversion/chain mover guy....Clercius has that covered

Mitchell would garner attention and stretch things out a bit...and not just over top stuff, and with Demski and Schoen working their bread and butter prob leave Wheatfall with a lot of man to man stuff....Mitchell has the potential...and history of breaking stuff from anywhere....Don't really see that with Sterns....he's kind of just out there...and redundant....we need a twitchy/ burner type or a bigger physical guy who can win battles in contested situations and help in run game...Sterns does neither

said all along too...Banking on Schoen as being the game breaker and your A1 guy again was a fools game barely a yr from ACL reconstruction. And paying him as such...which thankfully we are not would also been as about as dumb as re-upping ZC before seeing a good 6-8 games outta him

Yeah but collaros also sucks at the underneath passing game....

Zach was decent against BC, Great against Edmonton and lousy versus Calgary. Its concerning because we saw a lot of this last year.

ZC has never looked the same since that neck injury against the Elks in EDM a few years ago.

When Brown came in and took that game outta the garbage and won it...that should have been the eye opener for our coaches to start the transition

And the fact that for the remainder of the year Brown did more with the same team as Zach. That offseason was the time to make the big move and lock in with Brown (and have Streveler as his backup) and ship collaros and his boat anchor of a contract but for whatever assets you can get.

Yup...we messed that up...and then go and tie ourselves to him again for 2026 without seeing him take a snap and where he is at first...if that's not just plain stupid I don't know what is...especially based on his play the last couple seasons

Yeah collaros is being rewarded way too much for 19 and 21, one of those years he wasn't even a main factor in the game. Dude's old and not the same guy he was. He can't be the unquestioned starter anymore.

But as long as osh is here...ZC...guys like Thomas...kolo...JOnes...Wilson..Kramdi...Scmeck/Korn...Punter guy...Hallett...Weitz will be starters or have roles even if not the best option...let alone actually worthy..status quo we go with Osh

Well I'm thinking he probably gets hurt at some point and changes will be forced.

Or we see more ass kickings and they suddenly realize status quo isn't going to get it done anymore.

I'm getting 2015 flashbacks with this receiving group.
