Again, with MBT actually being able to pass vs Ford you can't have your HB's, safety eyes in the backfield or you'll get roasted out wide by any number of routes, screens etc.

Having to defend the whole field is a huge advantage to the O and why Ford is so limited in terms of being able to run an offense at this level.

Ya they run well regardless. Less likely to hit the big gains with MBT because the D isn't worried about him taking off.

Hope we can get up early on them and not give them the chance to grind out the run.

I mean it should come as no surprise that with an athlete like ford you gain some in the box. You have to account for him and maintain contain on the edges. 
 Mbt though means you can’t cheat extra guys into the box nearly as freely.

Which emphasizes the obvious importance of an effective front line push along with strategically placed non telegraphed blitz packages to keep him unsettled in the pocket.
