The problem becomes everyone will be talking to him. Maybe he just needs to be left alone after awhile as his head is filled with voicess& just let his coaches talk to him.

Sorry, I know there are AH lovers here but I don't care. He's become a jacket player this year. He's being paid to do nothing. 

Maybe the first 3/4 was to lull Montreal now they will take control.
