Owner wants to spend an additional $14M or just blame injuries at the end of the year? I bet it's latter unless they're competitive.

I know Chevy won't do it but Simmonds on our 4th line would definitely give us some grit that we need...wonder if any team claims him? 

Simmonds just blocks a spot for a younger guy. Harkins has been waived by the Jets tho.

Well, the season has started off right with a Leafs lost. 81 L’s to go.

Leaf fans gonna spin themselves into a tizzy tonight playing a Montreal team with 3 rookies on D and they couldn't get the job done
