Leos @ Argos / Als @ Esks

Well, guess we need a little help from the boatmen today.  If they can pull this off I'll settle for that much since we won't get any help from MTL tonight.  Hopefully MBT has some magic still left after last week.

I was booing the outrageous beer prices. Just happened to coincide in terms of timing.

Never thought I'd say this...but if B.C. wins this game...Riders and B.C. not too far behind us...we might have to start worrying about just making the playoffs... never mind 2nd or 3rd in the west.

Why the short kick there? Maas with an O'Shea-style blunder.

Man this Als management is looking so bad right now it's ridiculous.  You cut Pipkin when he can do that kind of thing, go out and get Matthews and Adams, and then sell the farm to get Manziel?

Good lord

Interesting. They’ve showed Tommie Campbell a few times and he still has one of his chinstraps undone.

How is he even allowed on the field in that situation? Isn't that the equivalent of not wearing your helmet or improper use of equipment?

Hahaha.....Bryant Mitchell is a backup.  It's not funny.

RE: Alouettes offense YOU'RE GOING THE WRONG WAY!

what a mess

Mike Sherman won't even make it to Labor day if this keeps up.  I mean, obviously Reed is the biggest arsonist on the tire fire, but Sherman can't get any discipline in that camp.

Isn't Pipkin one of the Hobbits?

I understand all turnovers are reviewed, but man, these refs have to make announcements when something is under review, even if it is automatic. To some casual fans in attendance, this just looks like the refs are standing around for no apparent reason. Even if they just said "the previous play is automatically under review by the command center" would be warranted.

Esk. recievers must practice making these ridiculous catches, Reilly probably doesn't even try to throw accurately in practice.

Man, Pipkin making throws under duress.  Man, how stupid can you be to cut him and waste time on all those other scrubs?  He's got a quick release too which makes up for OL deficiencies.

Wow, keep sacking Reilly and hand em free yards?

How can Reilly get away with a  skyball like the TD right now to Mitchell? He never even saw him. Nichols does that & it's a 120 yard pick 6.  I guess the old adage that winners find ways to win & losers find ways to lose is true.

Als receivers are just plain bad. #TJGrahamdrop

I know hindsight is 20/20, but to think BC ended up trading Reilly to the Esk's for draft picks that materialized into Seydou Junior Haidara and Tchissakid Player back in 2013...

Esks just keep getting lucky this game.  A fortunate fumble reversal call and a ball there that could have been a pick 6.

Reilly has 300 yards at halftime...

Reilly gets the ball there a lot faster than Nichols.  That's what a strong arm will do.

Well, Adarius's homecoming was short lived

We trot out Lankford and Edmonton's "depth" is Mitchell. McManus and Walters should be ashamed.

And it appears the Als have their guy and had him all along

How will ever find out how good Peterman, Simonise and Washington are if O'Shea keeps trotting Lankford out?

He probably thinks Lankford is better than those options, and although I agree with much of what you say, in this case I think Oshea is partially right.

Cant see peterman or simonise filling the role of deep threat and speed receiver. They are good Canadian options, but still not a marquee deep threat import.
