Lets see if we can keep this thread a little more civil.

I found this interview very interesting.  A lot of soft balls thrown at Trump, he explained his back pedalling on his more extreme issues as a lot of his claims as opening bids for negotiation purposes.  Which .. whatever .. I still think that those are insincere claims he used to get elected.

He does now come across way more presidential then he did prior to the election.  A lot of his noise, yelling, and rhetoric has been scaled back.

The Sanders people need to look in the mirror......many of them were willing by commission or omission (just sitting it out) to deny Hillary...and enable Trump to become President.   Hope they are happy.

Not to steer this off topic - but the same thing happened when people who’d been in the Chrétien camp turned on Paul Martin. It took a while, but eventually it cost the Liberals big time (2011). 

It’s also a pretty good indicator of how long it could take the Dems to get their house back in order.

They need to keep a close  eye on him in the next months especially if the economy starts to tank, he has no idea what he has gotten himself into and praise from his base is going to turn to knives.

Congress needs to pass a "No Pre-emptive Nuclear Strike"  bill for the President... That **** is scary. At least if they have that bill/law in place- you'd be almost assured that trump can't nuke anything first. 

It's amazing how dumb one person can be.

You know what they say about the guy how thinks he's the smartest person in the room, he isn't, or the guy who know everything about everything about everything, he doesn't. Trump in his own mind thinks he is the smartest man in the world, he isn't and the rest of the world is laughing at him and the American people will be wondering what happened and how things went so wrong after he leaves office.

Stock market is tanking. Tarriffs are killing the hot economy. Problems with China, Russia & that damned wall that the Mexicans won't pay for. The R word is now being used more & more. If a recession does happen then Trump can kiss his Presidency goodbye. The Mueller enquiry is closing in.... I think Trump is just about done.
