Jets played well. Dano is very strong defensively but needs time much like armia did. Got out goalied once again. Buff and Trouba were very good. Not sure why they don't play together Myers and enstrom were very meh. Chiarot was ok. Postma was better than stu and Pardy Thought most forwards were solid. No. Jets won't have interest in Russell. He's basically mark Stuart. Plus he's a ufa to be so if they wanted him... sign him as a free agent Tkachuk is being over rated I think. If Matthews and the Finns are not there when the jets pick and they want BPA and not LHD then Nylander or even dubois are your guys. Keller is also coming on strong. I'm not convinced Tkachuk is the BPA after the top 3. His numbers playing in the ohl aren't really that great. Benefited from playing with Matthews last year with the USNTDP.

Crouse is just a big player, similar to Lowry. Danos ceiling is much higher. People get caught up on size a little 2 much. That was what the Jets were asking for, just like they apparently asked Chicago for Teuvo Teravainen at first. Flordia balked, Chicago said we will give you Dano instead. Jets took it. Crouse is not good.

Some thought that Pardy is on waivers because a team has interest in him as depth for their AHL team, in order to be on the playoffs for an AHL team, you need to be on the roster by tomorrow at 2 pm so if he clears today, seems likely, you might see a package deal involving burmi and pardy to someone with burmi being put on that teams main roster and pardy being sent to the minors since he wouldn't have to clear anymore. Pretty obvious the JETS are DONE with pardy, maurice called him a rec league player the other day and pardy went on a rant about how he feels he should have been playing more. Pardy is being shopped, this probably has something to do with it.

Drouin could probably be had for Myers straight up. Tampa wants an RHD. Drouins value is not equal 2 ehlers or Connor that's for sure. Guys not even playing hockey right now. Myers plus a small add is the most I'd offer. Not enough? Then let someone else overpay for him. I feel people think Drouin has massive value cuz he was drafted 3rd overall 3 years ago now. Yet... he asked to be traded and is now sitting out. Myers plus Harkins is probably all I'd offer. What if you trade for Drouin and Maurice puts him on the 3rd line. Does he sulk again?
