Problem seems to be they think to much at times. In the 3rd they just played and actually dominated. Think PoMo needs to just let them play from the start.

He is probably going to have to sign. It seems like it's just going in circles and goes back to his agent saying it's not about Winnipeg. It's about being a RHD. He probably said it's not about Winnipeg because he knows in the end... Troubas only real options are to sign here or sit the entire season and I don't think sitting the entire season is a legit option.

Jets were actually very good 5 on 5. They definitely won the puck possession battle. Pretty tough call on Buff for I guess being 2 big and then the one on Mathias there was interesting to say the least. Leafs scored 2 goals on the PP. Hutch was pretty good tho. Ya he let in 4 but 2 were on a PP and 1 he made the initial save. Laine wasn't great for 30 minutes nut was incredible for the other 30 minutes. Really like Laine with Ehlers. PoMo should definitely consider that a full time thing. Connor was pretty good tonight... really strong. Stafford is to slow and can't keep up. Myers had his best game of the year. Jets were good tho.... they deserved to win... they were the better team.

I hate saying this but since Mr Jacobs is no longer with us, there's really no rush. His legacy will get its just due eventually. I don't mind Doug Brown... I mean there's definitely other guys more deserving than Doug for sure but I guess if you told me to name an all bomber team at every position... Doug would be on that roster for sure. Wouldn't mind seeing Cal Murphy and Mike Riley up there soon either. Feel like Cal should already be up there actually

Every team would be pretty much up schitts creek if their 2 and 3 center got hurt. Most would be if just their 2nd center went down.

Goaltending across the league after 3 games is questionable.... the average save percentage after 3 games is 899 and probably went down more after a few 7 spots went up. Helle and Hutch are fine. Jets just need to get their PP going and they will win more than they lose. It's to early to be panicking

Aren't they kind of doing that tho but instead of Dano copp petan who look like they are better off playing 20 minutes a Night with the Moose instead of being part of the 4th line with the Jets... Morrissey Connor Ehlers Laine even Scheif Tanev Helle.... I mean depth isn't a bad thing... Dano Copp etc will be called up eventually but right now they are getting 20 minutes a Night with the Moose developing their games more. It's not like you can just cut stafford or Thorburn or Burmi... you either trade them... but let's be honest.... they won't get you much if anything in return or they play or sit. You can't sit them all tho.... so some guys need to go down to the minors and play... honestly Dano and Copp could be on the team but instead of getting 20 minutes a Night they'd get 7. Stafford Thorburn etc will be gone soon enough... last year of their deals... they will be replaced by guys like Dano copp petan Lemieux etc

Most players who make it to free agency really aren't the answer... most are depth type of Veterans who are looking for big paydays... but it seems that the nhl is transitioning to the younger players now. These vets really aren't as valued as they were a few years ago. Stempniak eh? That's great but all he does is bump a kid with a future out of the lineup.

It's 3 games in. Everyone looks pretty bad actually at this time of year. Ottawa just put 7 up against a young Arizona team who are building like the Jets. These builds take time.. they don't happen over night. Let's see where they are at game 20 but like a few of us predicted... it looks to be a developmental year and that's fine. Because the Jets aren't building a team that just barely makes the playoffs and loses. They are building a team that will one day be legit. I get ppl want that to happen now but let's be serious here... it's 3 games in.

I am a Jets fan but bomber playoffs is way more important than 1 of 82 regular season games.

Ehlers plays LW and Armia isn't proven so ya stafford is our best RW. He's just pretty bad tho. Our RW depth isn't that good. I like Armia and I think he's a good bottom 6 defensively strong player but he shouldn't be in our top 6. Altho with that being said I'd try Armia with Perreault and either Ehlers or Laine for sure. Ehlers Perreault Armia might not be so bad. But really we need a center better than Burmi Perreault who Is a better winger and Lowry for sure.

2 game sample means nothing. He was good enough to win tonight. But when you score 1 goal... yeah you ain't winning. Should probably wait till he's played at least 10 games to bring up save percentage numbers.

If people are stupid enough to choose a meaningless game out of 82 over the bombers possible playoff game... then let them. Honestly the bomber game actually means something.... the Jets game? It truly means nothing.

Agreed. I honestly had no idea it wasn't sold out until a week or do ago also the marketing of the game is non existent. It's an nhl event tho and jets probably just get a tiny percentage. Bombers just get their rent.... rest goes to the nhl.

Losing Little kills this team... Buff has been terrible... It's not really the kids that are struggling... it's the vets besides wheeler and ya gonna consider scheif a vet, who are struggling. But It's really the same story here as last year... our PP sucks. Go 2 for 5 or 6 and it's a different game completely. Time to change up the PP players. Myers and Buff need to be off the PP right now... all they do is shoot pucks in to guys skates or bodies and it gets cleared. Morrissey should be on 1 PP unit feeding Laine and Toby should be on the other feeding whoever can shoot. Stafford and Mathias are bad players. Burmi is just wow... just not good ... It's crazy when our kids... and Armia and Wheeler and Tanev are our best players.... Chiarot was ok... but on the ice for a couple goals. Enstrom had an own goal. Plus side Helle was very good But our D mainly pond hockey Buff and Myers need to be better.

I'd love to see a home playoff game. Win this week and it increases the odds of it happening quite a bit. Could almost start printing the tickets. I would guess that it would depend on the weather. But I'd imagine anything over 25k would be a good crowd.
