I don't get why thorburn is playing.

Injuries really hurt them. It probably is a developmental year but I think if they were healthy all year... playoffs would be possible. They aren't out of it tho.... not by a long shot yet regardless of what Lawless says. Just win the games against the central teams and they do have a winning record vs tge central and anything can happen.

Franklin has the ability to run. I'd go after him for sure. He's got CFL QB written all over him. His skill set is very much catered to the CFL. He's Jonathan Jennings pretty much... big arm with accuracy and the ability to run.

This is exactly the point. It takes time. Not even Carey Price was as good as he is now right away. And I'm not saying helle will be as good as price. I'm just saying it took price 3 years in the NHL before he became the goalie he is today. This is essentially helles first full year.
