Yeah. Not sure I saw anything term related. All I know is 9 straight double digit winning seasons in a row is not as bad as some people think. Think people truly forget the struggle before Kyle and Osh got here. We were legit the laughing stock of the league and now we basically the premier destination and basically top organization all around. I feel they recognize or miller recognizes problems exist and I think miller O’Shea and Kyle will work hard this off season to show that yeah you know what, it is time for some changes. I don’t believe for a second that any of Wade Kyle or Osh are happy with how this season went and I’m sure will work hard to fix it. Sometimes complacency kicks in after a decade, sometimes you need the kick in the ass. I feel like this year is wade kicking Kyle and Osh in the ass a bit. You can’t get rid of all the vets but you can’t bring them all back either. And Zach is the biggest question. He’s our starter cuz he’s getting paid way 2 much to not start. Elgersma might be nice. Hopefully another Rourke.

I don’t want a repeat of this past season where washed vets get free passes so if that means Osh going to Toronto then so be it. This is where we find out truly how much was Osh and how much Kyle. Part of me hopes Kyle stays now and shows us that Osh was the problem. I’m not convinced the talent has been there the past couple training camps but maybe it was and just not played. I have some faith in brock sunderland to find talent cuz certainly did for Edmonton.

Perhaps it’s just time for both to move on. I’d guess Kyle stays if Osh leaves tho and we see a pretty drastically different off season. Head coach would be priority. I’d be ok with Lapolice honestly. I’d talk to a few others tho like Mueller in Sask and maybe even Younger but don’t see it honestly as he likely follows O’Shea. Maybe if speak to the Argos Mike miller also. Maybe even our Mike miller lol. But honestly. None of the potential head coaches here really wow me. Hamilton obviously talking about the gm position with O’Shea and Argos seemingly willing to give him total control which im not sure ends well.

I’d sign Brady Demski. Holm and Nichols in the secondary. Sheahan but I’d bring in competition who can do both. Fg and punt. honestly. I think that’s it for my priority signings i find it funny people want to move on from O’Shea but bring back all these damn near 40 year old pilons Randolph and Vanterpool are guys I’d give money to also Bryant is cooked. Lots of people have blamed both Kyle and MOS. There’s just an obsession on here with MOS. If you talk to the non mbb.com average fan, everyone loves O’Shea. It’s like 10 hardcore fans out of 33000 that don’t. That’s reality it seems. Most ppl at the game I went to later in the year wanted him back. 1 out of the probably 50 I chatted with didn’t. Now that’s a pretty uninformal poll but it appears O’Shea is a wanted man around the league so must mean he’s done something right. And it’s not like he’s this young up and comer anymore. Dudes 55 so I wonder how much longer he even wants to coach. Kyle appears to not be wanted. Hell Hamilton asked to speak to McManus. Let’s hope they take him.

Facebook is pretty much all fake news and pictures of northern lights. I saw that Berger statement on Facebook so I automatically assumed when I saw it that it’s just a matter of time before O’Shea is signing an extension with us. Whenever Facebook mentions something it never turns out to be true so honestly. O’Shea is probably sticking around. An easy way to have Osh stop playing favourites is by not signing guys who are washed up. There’s a few on the FA list that are cooked. I’ve seen some quotes from Dinwiddie and I’m not sure if O’Shea wants all that responsibility. It sounds like Dinwiddie did everything from schedules to whatever else. There’s a reason he didn’t give the Argos a chance to match. And RD is a young guy. Osh getting older.

My mistake on Arbuckle. Thought I saw him on the FA list. Oh well. I think what happened in 24 25 is complacency. From the entire mafia. Miller Walters and Osh. Perhaps those opinions are Walters has gone to sleep. Sounds like O’Shea is well respected and basically coveted around the league. Teams have coaches but sounds like if they didn’t O’Shea is number 1 on their lists. Regardless of what people who don’t work for pro football teams say.
