Goalie

Sears is a good player when healthy, but that's a BIG when healthy... The fact is, yeah he's a good player but, he's probably pretty easily replaced on the roster. Was he a good one? For sure, Was he elite and one of the best players in the league at his position? probably not.

Reality is Chiarot is that third pairing d man in their eyes. Chiarot is not guaranteed to make the roster, The other 2 are but Chiarot certainly isn't. I know the "blogosphere" loves Chiarot but Reality is, Jets see him as a 3rd pairing guy at best. Can talk about him playing with Buff all you want but in the playoffs, he was replaced by Pardy and when he did play, it was on the third pair with Buff. Toby,Myers. Trouba,Stuart is our top 4 in the Jets eyes at the moment. And my guess, you will soon see Myers,Toby.Trouba,Morrissey as pairs. Stuart will be bumped down to the 3rd pair making Chiarot the 7th d man.

The last one makes me laugh. No faith in Goossen? Bender realizes there are 5 guys on the oline right and a couple different positions. Someone should tweet him that the oline consists of 2 tackles 2 guards and a center

That's a weak left side actually.

Lol decent on the left side? Not really at all.

Chung Mateas Groulx Demski. One of those 4 at 2 and I'm happy. Imo the rankings mean very little tho.

Probably wanted too much money. I guess sometimes when you wait like sears did to sign late, maybe the contract he was offered earlier just wasn't there anymore. Not sure if falling out is right word. More like sometimes players and teams decide to move on.

Cory Watson after we trade a bag of chips for him.

Good riddance. Jk. Hope he does well. Good player when healthy

Mateas can play both but Ottawa will take him first

Doubt it

Cap issues in sask?

High on Mateas tho Guess time. If Ottawa don't take Mateas we do. If not we trade down and take Demski

Groulx at 2. We then trade Neufeld and 15 to Hamilton for 8 and take Demski. That's if we go OL at 2 which I'm not convinced we do. Demski at 2 seems likely

Quite simply. Ehlers is too good for junior and not old enough for the Moose. Jets it is.

Trevor Harris or Mitchel Gale. I like Harris

Really do think you see a run on non OL guys in Rd 1. Some teams will take a couple but I'd guess there will be 3 or 4 still there at 11.

Not really. Lowry played 1st line at times. Not always but he will play with Ladd and little at times. Long season

2nd overall will be Demski. The bloggers all don't think so but think it's likely

Ehlers Scheif Wheeler Could even see Ladd little ehlers at times

Another note. Pretty certain they will sign Ladd to an extension

A first year starter who struggled a couple of games with no oline or run game? That's just unheard of

That would be a thong then really

Waud will be the guy that falls and the bombers wont go OL at 2 or 11, They will at 15 tho.

Interesting little tidbit of info here, A couple friends were at that gala dinner yesterday with Chipman,Chevy,Daly (instead of bettman) and someone else from the Jets too, (can't recall who, maybe Heisinger). Anyway, Friends said they had a Q and A session and they took questions off twitter, Chevy got asked a question about Frolik and if he would be back and my friends said that it seemed like he wouldn't be back, Apparently they also had a video and Frolik was not on that video but other players were, Makes me think Frolik is as good as gone. Stuart and Thorburn were in attendance also and Chipman spoke very highly of them, 2 leaders with lots of heart and character. Just an interesting little bit of info there. Sounds like Frolik is not part of the future of the Jets.
