  1. 1. Winnipeg - beat toronto and Ottawa say what you will but.. 2-0 is 2-0 2. Calgary - beat a bad montreal team but had a bye so i keep them in the top 2 3. Edmonton is 2-0, beat a bad bc team and and equally bad hamilton team 4. Toronto, we wooped them, they wooped sask, they can't be above us cuz we wooped them 5. Sask - Beat a bad hamilton team, got smoked tonight, looked as bad as hamilton did last week in their loss, they can't be above a team they just lost too 6. Montreal - Yeah they aren't good but 1 win is more than 0 wins 7. Ottawa - that first quarter they had was better than what the 2 teams i have ranked below them have shown plus 0-1 is better than 0-2 8. BC - awful. Has glenn lost it? 9. Hamilton - worst team in the league by far right now. Agreed! - very logical view point
  2. where would be ranked with KG the pick machine as our QB1? Wow does he look awful under pressure - I guess Qb's can really look the part of what surrounds them! Danny Mac for Mayor. Any body else notice how Drew Willy seems very emotionally in check - Doesn't even seem excited by the victories and it seems as if he fully expects to win.
  3. Willypeg Calgary TO Edmonton Montreal Ottawa Hammy BC Priders top and bottom a weee bit bias'd
  4. Thank you - he played very well when collaros to the other Qbs in the league
  5. If Wily doesn't win OPOTW this is a travesty
  6. Not sure how this makes any sense at all? Hamilton was terrible! I realize one game does not make a GC champ but these rankings don't at all reflect what went on last week. 1. Stumps 2.regular riders 3.Willypeg 4.deadmonton 5. Lyin's 6.Arblows 7.Hamilton free agents 8.No AC's 9.Rodblacks
  7. Sorry - I meant when Banks returns to the lineup - his initial designation to IR could be just posturing if another new younger faster DB shows well against Toronto.
  8. Still cant see why Wild wouldn't be a starter at Will over Dunn! So many DB's out there and only 1 true linebacker seems a little excessive- especially since teams will probably run the ball on us ALOT as Cornish did in preseason.
  9. Ok - So we have 4 DI's this year which will be a game changer IMHO. How do we think that O'Shea will use these? I suspect that Korey Banks will be one of them, also a D-line such as Zach Anderson, Running Back/Returner - Ford or Woods?
  10. Hmmmm - we should put out positive energy for Bilikidi and Mulumba and bless the football gods - please let Henoc come back!
  11. QB coach Gene Dahlquist looked very active out there and certainly didn't seem like a senior citizen.
  12. Yantz actually didn't look out of place - great pitch and catch to Taylor Renaud with Derek Jones in his face. I also thought that Marve stood out! It was kinda cool to walk by Vega and Turner who were in the stands talking to Knuckles. Vega looks like a gladiator up close.
  13. ....and the martians were green too!!!!
  14. Imports would be easy to replace but Canadians would be a lot tougher to find. Personally I think that the new salary cap should see a pay hike for canadian players only since they are in the shortest supply. It would be attractive for premiere NI talent salaries to be on par with NFL practice roster salaries minimum so we don't lose our best homegrown drafted players to the NFL. Maybe 1 premiere NI for each team that is exempt from SMS?
  15. Does this spell the end for Dan West?
  16. Bombers have signed Kris Robertson. Wow do we have alot of competition for NI DB's. Who will prevail at Corner and Safety? Alexander - Starting Corner? Jones or Robertson backing up? Bucknor - Back up Safety? Newman? How do we see this unfolding in camp?
  17. I predict Saulsberry to be our mean SOB starting center!
  18. I think Quinten Saulsberry will be our starting Center and our 2nd Import OL along with LT January and Jones on the 46. Morley seems ideal for the 6th OL(since he can play all positions), Pencer at RG, Neufeld at RT & Greaves at LG. This will give our Oline a whole new feel in 2014 and hopefully Wylie will coach these guys up to a great seamless unit where runblocking will be the strong suit!
  19. I find it a strange coincidence that NFL Draft Scout compared Tate to Gerald McRath in the scouting reports. He was also a receiver which means he should have a pretty good instincts to pick a few off.
  20. I think Kenny Tate seems to be that midsize player with the tools to play all over the field (Dime, DE, LB) and will be a lock as a DI and will terrorize the opposition with Etch's chaotic principles. I believe he will be motivated to turn this CFL gig into an NFL opportunity in two years time. I will hedge my bet with Grigsby as a tailback that will turn some heads!
  21. New Poster here - Since we have signed an assortment of players with NFL pedigree, I have been wondering which player from down south could not only be a starter but have the biggest impact for the Bombers this year?
