They reviewed Muamba's stats on the game tonight- pretty respectable.

The only surprise is that it took as long as it did, which speaks to Jones' stupidity and desperation.

It must be kinda weird for the ex-pat BC Lions players to hear loud, enthusiastic fans cheering them on.

As was suggested by others in this forum, a better choice might be to plug Peterman in and start an import at Safety. Loffler has been underwhelming.

Peterman would be a starter on almost every other CFL team. Nice NI depth

What is it about the Hamilton defence that makes Nichols look so bad? Nichols looked like a rookie out there and he was fortunate to not have been picked off 2-3 times. Apart from Harris turning in his usual stellar performance, the whole offence was off.

And watch those fourletterwording 8 yard outs.

The purveyors of these PEDs often also sell "guaranteed" masking agents or tips on how to avoid detection. Some of these are outrageously stupid and few actually work.

After the Lions' improbable comeback win last night, I must confess that I am uneasy, mostly due to Hall's defence.

If that's Frosty, I might be gay. As I have said before, I'm not gay, but 20 bucks is 20 bucks.

I would pay to watch that.

"I don't know how that happened" works for surprise pregnancies as well.

There will always be those who think they can outsmart the testing. We can only hope that Spooner will benefit from this lesson.

If memory serves, the Bombers have not played well coming off a bye week. Here's hoping.

You are most welcome, and do not be reluctant to ask questions or disagree. As a smattering of fact, we have members here who see it as their duty to disagree about almost everything and anything.

Drip dry is an option?

Welcome aboard and watch out for that turn at Albuquerque.

That's what guys do after using the urinal.

Someone who is trying to raise his profile in preparation for his next job search? I suspect that Jones senses that the wolves are beginning to circle.

You are totally logical, you green-blooded bastard.

There are a core of fans who will support their teams and come out rain or shine, but there are a lot who do not fit into that category and want to be entertained, even in a loss by their team being competitive. I had seasons tickets during the Reinbold era but stopped going to the games due to the team's ineptness. Losing is one thing, and its going to happen to the best teams (except maybe Calgary) but when going to home games becomes something you dread, that is bad news.

But his feelings were really, really hurt and probably didn't even have his blankie.

Fixed that for you.

Some of this the Bombers brought on themselves with a long stretch of terrible management, coaching and on-field talent that resulted in embarrassing losses at home. The butt-kickings we endured in other teams' backyards was bad enough, but lop-sided losses at home are really demoralizing for fans.

The problems with Hall's defence are not new. Either we get nickle and dimed all the way down the field or die by the long bomb. Too many players have come and gone with the same results on the field for Hall to escape responsibility. I would think that the Labour Day Classic and Banjo Bowl games will tell us all we need to know and will likely cost someone his job.
